The manager Ahmad and his female customer service associate were absolutely amazing! They made it possible for my family to switch carriers from Sprint to their service while giving us all new iphones the very same day which were on a special for buy one get one free! So we got 4 iphones in total that day. We were aware of this promotion before going there so we contacted every metro pcs in the area before hand to make sure they had iphones and this store was the ONLY one in a 30 mile radius that had any iphones in stock at all! A key hint that the manager here is on top of his inventory and certainly knows what he is doing! Also Ahmad took care of the switch from Sprint himself instead of making our family deal with their horrible customer care! Before this we were locked in with Sprint for many years it felt like being tied into a deal with devil as we paid over $330 a month for 4 lines and despite paying that much we had the worst service you could ever imagine, didn’t even get any service in our own home, and dropped calls everywhere else. Internet was extremely slow too and the customer service is one of the worst you will ever deal with! But after only a few days of having MetroPCS we now have great service in our house and great service everywhere else we have gone so far, no more dropped calls, fast internet, and had amazing customer service. And the best of it all is since we switched from a different carrier we got the 4 new phones for $100 a month deal. So now we only pay $100 a month for 4 lines instead of $330 for 4 lines, such a huge savings and have way better service! And all of this wouln’t of been possible without Ahmad and his associate. I recently visited this store which I originally switched cell phone providers with to add a line to my service. I Was told to pay my bill then we will proceed to adding a line .I was charged multiple fees cause of the add on and to keep the number of the phone I was adding. I spent almost four hundred dollars on the phone including my phone bill. The problem is, two days later the phone that was added to my service was turned off. I Went into the store and spoke with the sales associate about the problem and was told I didn't ask for a added line. She told new she didn't recall anything about the added line and I only asked for a upgrade. I waisted money and time. The manager of the store backed his sales associate and I was left to pay the bill of the phone that was supposed to be added to my service plan. My business was not valued. ACCOUNTABILITY AND...

Horrible experience with Ahmad. Tried to return phone within 14 day window and was told because I did not have the original card I could not return the phone although I called Metro PCS customer service and was told that was not true. He asked that I get a new card with proof that they came from the same account which I did and was still not given a refund. After trying to return the phone multiple times a dispute was placed and he told the bank he would give me a return if I returned the merchandise.
