China Sea — Restaurant in West Haven

I used to order from them when i lived in west haven. After i moved to a different city i was in town and i wanted to make an order and pick it up, anyway i made a call placed an order for $49 ,99 fried jump shrimps, fried fish, fried scallops, fried imitation crab , fried rice with shrimp , shrimp egg rolls… Anyway let me start with the fried scallops was awful i never had it from then like this before, looked snd tasted was left over from the night before the stuff was breaded on it was fallen like was something wrong and was tasting really bad . Second is the large fried rice with shrimps i had i was able to count 2 pieces of small shrimps in the rice also the same in the fried shrimp egg roll. Price went up from last time i ordered from them so I assumed i will get something good with high quality and good quantity . But eventually the place went really down and bad . My advice they need to fix all that otherwise they will lose customers and shot their...

Rice taste like sea food. Seems like they cook everything with the same oil . Rice waaaaayyyyyy too much oil . Their very friendly but food got worse and worsening throughout this years . I called them to let them know food was wayyyyy to oily n I have oils in my cloths my car seat and I have trail little dot of oil from my apt lobby n elevator to my apt . That’s ridiculous amount of oil I took picture . Just to shiwed them but this is my second time this month first time I have the same problem and give them the second time the benefits of the doubt. But than again. The same problem . I used to brag about this place food was so good but now. Not at I won’t order from here again I will be deleting their number from my contacts. IF YOU LIKE OIL FOOD THAN THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU. . Because I can n I won’t order no more. People are nice but food...

I ordered over the phone and told them I was going to pick my order up. I get there I had the wrong card so I asked them if I can give them my card number they told me no I had to have my id on me I said I had a picture of my Id they still told me no. Then I said so if I paid over the phone I would have to give them my id when they came to my house they said they don’t do that anymore (pay w my card over the phone) when my mom only orders over the phone with her card number. Which makes no sense! The lady wouldn’t talk to me after that and refused to help me in anyway. She was so rude and disrespectful! (Meanwhile my order was under $8) I will not be returning...
