Haskell Park — Attraction in West St. Paul

This is a nice, peaceful little residential park in West Saint Paul surrounded by ample green areas, rolling hills, and walking paths. The park is pretty basic but does offer three slides, four swings, a jungle gym with mini climbing station, one bouncy toy, and a sandbox (which could use some sand). I noted one picnic table and one or two benches with a trash can nearby. The immediate area surrounding the park contains a baseball field with fieldhouse and basketball/tennis courts with hopscotch/four-square areas. On the handful of occasions I've been to this park, I've always witnessed a number of unleashed dogs roaming about (owners were within a few yards), which was somewhat frightening/startling to my dog and I as a few did run toward/charge us as we arrived with typical dog chaos ensuing.
