Daisy Geyser — Attraction in West Yellowstone

Unfortunately this geyser doesn't really have a schedule any more but the visitor center at Old Faithful still has times listed for it. We saw the time there and rushed to drive and hike to it. We waited around for a while and finally gave up. The visitor center should really take down the time. We lucked out and caught Daisy on our hike out to morning glory pool, and it was fun! The angle of eruption gives it character compared to other geysers, and it reached up high into the sky. The other two geysers in the complex bubbled before the eruption as a preview. The eruption happened at the exact time...

Nice area. You can actually walk around it through the boardwalk and enjoy (if you catch it) the geyser erupting and sprouting a lot of water and steam for several minutes. There are usually predictions that can be checked at the visitor center and signs posted at several spots...
