HN Mart Store — Attraction in Westminster

I recently visited HN Mart fruits store and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of fruits they offer. The store is well organized and clean, making it easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. I bought 9.38 pound of annona and one bag of mangosteen at this store through the advertisement on Facebook. It costs $27/ pound for annona. The total I paid for 8 annonas and 1 bag of mangosteen is $289 including $15 shipping cost. The annonas look big and beautiful. However, the quality is NOT GOOD as price I paid for and NOT good as other annonas that I bought in ACB market 2 week ago. Annonas in HN Mart store taste a bit sound, not as sweet as normal annonas. In genera,l it is not worth the price that you paid for that quality. I contacted the owner, Hanh Nguyen to return the rest of annonas that I paid but she did not reply me. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff is super rude, when I politely showed the staff my Venmo transaction to prove my purchase, they aggressively grabbed my phone from my hand. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, threatening, and completely unprofessional, he also shouted at me. This place also sale expried product, they refused to refund, and only offered an exchange — even though I live 6 hours away and cannot return easily. Selling expired food is already dangerous, but treating customers with aggression and grabbing personal property crosses the line.
