Frugal Fannie's Fashion and Shoe Warehouse — Attraction in Westwood

I am a regular customer and was treated really poorly today. I had a return (a dress) that was in a bag and I was walking around the store browsing at other dresses before making my actual return. I was pulled aside by an employee and asked to make my return before continuing shopping. I was given a dirty look as I was being told this. Funny enough, “Frugal Fannie” herself was standing next to this employee. As I started to walk away they both looked at each other and rolled there eyes. I turned back around and asked “why?” as I’ve made plenty of returns there multiple times and was never told this before. She said because of there “open bag policy”. I mentioned the encounter that had just happened to the employee helping me make my return and she said “I apologize, that was really rude and not true”. With that being said I’m really upset with the way I was treated and singled out. Big NO. People working here acting like everyone gonna steal something. Especially people at jewelry counter. They always watching you and get irritated if you trying on earring or looking at bracelet . I was looking at the bracelet and a lady came over and started organizing and complaining “ what are people doing? Why they messing up everything? “ i know she is not talking about me but It kinda rude when you talking like that when customers around can hear you. I was looking for a dress to go wedding, all the dress are old fashion and hardly to find stylish dress for my age. My husband even commented on how they treat him and the kids. He and my son were trying on sun glasses and the lady came over to give them a look. Like wtf we cant even try on ? My husband and I realized customers are friendly and nice . But NOT worker , they are so rude.

Price of dresses and other stuff are not cheap. You can get a pretty dress and better price at Macy or other store. This is my first time and gonna be the last time...

No matter what you’re looking for, you’ll find it at Frugal Fannies! Shopping there was always fun. Today, however, I encountered three terribly rude employees, which surprised me. I was there today 6/10 between 10:45 and 12:00. The woman at the entrance of the dressing room wasn’t very nice, but thankfully the woman in the dressing room was so sweet, I forgot about her. Then there was this little woman working around the shoe department. She left the cart she was using in the middle of the aisle and when I accidentally bumped into it, she snarled at me and said something I couldn’t understand. I apologized of course. To top it off, the cashier, Eileen, barely greeted me and never engaged with me. She huffed and puffed as if I were interrupting her day. At the end, it seemed painful for her to have to explain the return policy and tell me to have a nice day. I’ve always enjoyed shopping here but I won’t go back. I can buy better stuff from...
