I found a bloody band-Aid in my food so I called and asked to speak to manager I was left on hold no lie for 10 min and I can here the person in the background talking about were she went to a bar the night before She finally picks up the phone and tells me she is the manager I asked to speak to the owner and she Asked me what I wanted to say to the owner I Told her I found a bloody band-Aid in my food and she then said that would never happen and the owner is not here and she would not take a message, and hung up the phone I then Drove there with the food and the bloody bandaid and sure enough the manger has a cut on here hand i place the food there with my business card and asked for the owner to call back its been 2 weeks and I still have not got the call. please keep in mind I used to call them for food 2-4 times a week Min! I guess since the new Islamic owners took over the place has been down hill and hygiene is not a priority. I don't like leaving feedback, and I don't mind being left on hold, and I don't mind new owners, and I don't mind food not tasting the same, but when it comes to bloody band aids I draw the line! I hope they will take something positive from...
Read moreJust unreliable. Roll the dice. The food itself is good, not memorable but nice. The steak dish raves (tips and subs) are deserved. The food preparation people are the only reliable staff. If you make an order by phone, then hope that you don't get the owner's family working the phones that night. They can be rude on the phone or give a pick up/delivery time estimate that is way off. The non-owners are good with taking phone orders. Delivery has been rough. During busy times the wait for delivery can be 15-30 minutes beyond the estimates (45 min to 1 1/2 hours total). Won't do it anymore. Too bad. Delivery up until about two years ago was pretty reliable. Remember the place is closed on Sundays so it's useless for any football games or parties. You always used to have a second pizza place on your phone as an option for Sundays or busy evenings. Now sadly Islington has become the second (or third) pizza option. Hope that the weekday lunch business keeps them going. Still nice to have them around with the hopes that they will...

This was so incredibly dry as to be inedible. I took the toppings off the top and I threw out the pizza crust.
The toppings were amazing. There were lots of creative options, and I made something delicious with the toppings, but they really need to change out the dough. It’s really gross.
Also a $16 small pizza was the width of my smaller hand. It was a tiny little box. Definitely not...
