Webb Center for the Performing Arts — Attraction in Wickenburg

I had the incredible opportunity to perform at the Del E Webb Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday, November 5th, and I can't express how impressed I was with this venue. As Vocalist for The United States Army Field Band Jazz Ambassadors, I've had the privilege of performing at various locations, but this one truly stands out.

The acoustic design of the Del E Webb Center is simply astounding. It provided the perfect backdrop for our performance, enhancing the quality of the music and making it a memorable experience for both the performers and the audience. The stage layout was well-thought-out, ensuring that every member of the audience had a great view of the performance.

Moreover, the green room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to prepare and relax before the show. It's these little details that make a big difference for artists like us.

What truly sets this venue apart, though, is the warmth and professionalism of the staff. CEO Cathy Weiss was an absolute delight to work with. Her enthusiasm and support for the arts are evident, and it made our performance even more enjoyable. It's clear that everyone at the Del E Webb Center is dedicated to ensuring that artists have a positive experience.

I can't wait to return to the Del E Webb Center for future performances. It's a gem of a venue, and I highly recommend it to both artists and audiences. Thank you for providing such a wonderful platform...

The quality of the performers that are booked at the Del Webb center is amazing. The volunteers that work the performances are great. The fresh home made ice cream for sale is a real treat even on a chilly Wickenburg night. The only two drawbacks to this site is the seating (row depth is really lacking - you need to stand and suck in the belly to let someone pass) and the acoustics. The acoustics is assisted with a nice sound system but for a small intimate setting it is unfortunate that performers need to mic up instruments. If there was a third drawback it would be the lack of youth in the audience, it would be great if the local high school coordinated with the Del Webb staff to fill...

This is the 2nd time I've been to this venue in Wickenburg. Every seat is a good one and the acoustics are very good. I recommend attending an event here.

On the down side... unbeknownst to my wife and I, they had employees checking your identification and Covid card before you were allowed inside. There was no notice of this requirement when I ordered tickets. So much for personal privacy and HIPPA. I give them a big fat zero for doing this...
