I LEFT THIS POSITIVE REVIEW WHEN THEY FIRST OPENED. HAD 4 STARS - IN THAT SHORT TIME THEY HAVE CHANGED THE PERSON WHO PRICES EVERYTHING......MY NEW REVIEW BELOW THIS ONE.....Excellent selection of many different items. Prices are good with a few exceptions. Whomever is pricing does a pretty good job considering the amount of items turned over everyday. Friendly staff and very helpful. Lots of Sales such as color tag sales as well as 1/2 price days. I have saved a fortune here and purchased some oddities hard to find anywhere else. I rarely leave without a full basket and have never spent more than $100 per visit. Here is a partial list of items you can find here: Clothes, Books, Records, Videos, Art, Posters, Office Supplies, DVDs, CD's, Purses, Shoes (mens, womens and childrens), Bedding, Material, Craft materials & supplies, Toys, Electronics, Sporting Goods, Luggage, Sewing Supplies, Dishes, Pots & Pans, Nik Naks & Much, Much More. I would give this store an easy and well deserved 5 stars. So glad they are here in Wickenburg! There are only 2 points I would bring up to the manager which should be looked at.

1. The clothing is extremely overpriced for a thrift store. You would do twice as much business if you adjusted this.
2. There should be something in place such as monthly inventory adjustments. I hope you will consider lowering the price of something which is still there after 30 days. If it's still there, it's just too much. No other reason. But all in all, Great Job! Keep it up!

UPDATE: THIS GOODWILL HAS A NEW PERSON PRICING EVERYTHING. THE PRICES ARE INCREDIBLY HIGH. I NEVER SHOP THERE ANYMORE. ...

I have to say, in the 8 years of living in Wickenburg and shopping at this goodwill, I've always had professional interactions. However, this last one may cause me to not shop here. I tried to return something, without a receipt, which I've done before. But the manager, I didn't catch his name, although I know I've never seen him before, refused to help me without a receipt, telling me it's always been this way. I pursued a return and he went to another manager, that I did recognize, who told me the same thing, which I know I've personally returned without a receipt before. Multiple times. I remember one thing he said that stuck out, which was when I remarked about having to do something to help me, to which he replied with raised eyebrows, "I don't have to do anything." Customer service...? The last thing I remember, when I was complaining about the service, was he picked up my clothes and tossed them at me. Now, I regret to say that I tossed them back like a child's game. I've not been so mad in a very long time. I did turn around and ask for my clothes back, and apologized....

👎I went today and from Phoenix to know that store only for that. My son needed to go the bathroom without thinking about it with a short and when I left after 5 to 10 min. Woman asked me, Where are the other items?? 😧😧 answer what items and she told me the others that you took to the bathroom I answered do not wear any items but this short I’m going to pay with the rest I had ready in a 🛒 I didn’t have a big purse 👜 I could steal clothes I’m sure 100% her did Only because of my skin color my origins are Mexican , but I’m American just like her that is why I thought I was going to steal but I don’t. I work and paid for everything I have. But don’t worrying if you are white everything is fine . Without problems be careful if you are of another color. I made the mistake of entering my bathroom to take my son and with a short in my hands to the rest was my wallet small small my cell phone this it .. made feel terrible terrible 😞😞😣😣😥😥 hopefully you will never go through that...
