Westpark — Hotel in Wickenburg

This Park is a lovely Mobilehomes park and shows resident pride of ownership. But the overall care of the Park has really gone down hill, broken down rollout dumpster enclosures with out gates or a required fire exstingester in side the enclosures. Park property areas are full of weeds, the tall darkly painted, walled entrance is covered with unsightly bird feces. They are very short handed on staff. There is one at the front desk who always has to be right, lies and has rubbered many resident the wrong way. My aunt had to put hers up for sale, she couldn't take it there. No rules enforced like dogs (pitbulls) off leach, owners some 20 feet behind. And she noticed unsavory people, too young to be there walking the park. Let's hope they can get it back to the beautiful way it was...

Over priced!!! These mobile home parkd were supposed to be an affordable place to own a home, with a small 'rent' to cover amenities. However homeowners are struggling to give the homes away. It's common for the house to sell for about 5k. Meanwhile monthly 'rent' for the house they own, is now 1100$ our family now has 2 units that we are stuck with. 1 unit is being used... but one has been on the market about 8 months. One unit next to our family's unit sat empty near a year, then was nearly given away for 5k. It would have been 'cheaper' to gift the house to an elderly...

Westpark is one of the best parks I've seen. There is beautiful landscaping and well-maintained amenities like the exercise room, that may be good enough to save you a gym membership. And these are just the beginning of the attractiveness of this park. There is an active social club that plans a wide range of events for anyone interested, and most residents do participate because it's fun and a great way to meet really nice people.
