Windsor Mt. Ascutney Station does have a shelter.....IT is the Windsor Welcome Center on Railroad Avenue. It is Windsor's Ct. Riv. Byways Center and has facilities and is warm and welcoming. For information on when the train will be arriving and for information on how to get a ticket is available as well as luggage tags. It is in need of 2014 Amtrak...
