Michelle was so sweet and did amazing with my hair. I had a balayage & a haircut done and she executed it perfectly. I came in with pictures of what shade I wanted my balayage to be, and when we washed out and started drying after the initial toner, my hair did not pick up as much toner as she was expecting. She stopped and mentioned it to me. I asked her to dry a section for me in order to get a better idea if I’d like it. She kindly did, and I said that I’d like for it to be a warmer shade. Michelle had no problem taking me back to the bowl to do another round of toner. She never made me feel rushed either. I’ve had a different salon in the past (under the same circumstance with my hair not picking up toner as well as they’d like) tell me that they had no time to do another round of toner on me again and that I’d have to make another appointment, so I am so thankful that Michelle took the time to make sure I left happy.

Overall, I was thrilled with my visit. The salon was clean and I was offered refreshments when I came in. Michelle was so kind, sweet & patient, and the other two ladies there were so kind as well. I left super happy with my hair. Definitely will be coming back for my future...

This person MANDA is disgusting, the woman called boss told me to meet on Friday at 9 in the morning before the business opened, I told her I wanted a balage, I went there, I showed her what I wanted her to do and she told me no, that she couldn't do that job because my hair was too dark, then she told me that she had a time limit, that it was a 5 hour job and at 10 she had another client and only you made me waste my time, my work day and also she told me that something lighter would cost me around 500, I told her that it was okay but just how I wanted it, what a bad girl if she can't do the job don't waste people's time, I drove an hour and a half to get there so that in the end she told me that she wouldn't arrive at the tone and that it would take 5 hours, I told her we can try and she told me that she had another client at 10 so what was the point of making an appointment with me an hour before opening, no dye would finish it for me in 1 hour because I asked to speak to someone But he said no one would help me, I would never go back to that place and I hope someone in charge of that pays...

Highly recommend! My 12 year old daughter was traumatized from her last haircut (they had cut too much off) and she never lets anyone touch her hair. I finally convinced her to go to my stylist, Tracy. I told her that I trust her with my hair and that she is the best. We went with the anticipation of getting a hair cut, but her hair needed a major detangling. She has really long hair and has lots of it. Michelle was so patient and took her time detangling her hair. I didn’t realize how bad her hair has gotten, and they spent over 2 1/2 hours detangling her hair. Most places would have probably just cut the knots, but they were so meticulous and really took their time and care. They educated my daughter with hair maintenance, shampoo and condition and blow dryed her hair. My daughter was so happy with the results. I could not convince her to get a haircut this time, but she did agree that next time she will go back and get a trim. This was a big step for her. We came in with tears and left with a smile.
