The young white male cashier was absolutely RUDE, and threw all my grocery in the buggy as suppose to placing them in the buggie respectfully. I questioned his behavior! He proudly stated that's what I was trained to do, Throw the food like that. We all do it." I've been to this establishment before with no complaints. I showed him clearly NO other cashier was doing the same. So the manager was called for other reasons...white too, I stopped her and stated the employee was being very rude and unprofessional. Read moreI accidentally placed a pickup order for this location when I live in greensboro. Customer service wouldn’t let me cancel but said if I didn’t pickup by 7 it would automatically be cancelled and refunded. Instead I got an email and text around 5am the next day stating my order was picked up and complete. It is showing complete in the app as well so I have officially been charged for an order I did not pickup. Seems strange for that hour too, did an employee take advantage of an order not being picked up?
