I have been coming to this Starbucks on and off for 3 years named B or V idk who has been extremely rude to me for about 2 weeks now. I go through the drive-thru and I get my coffee and I park my car and then I get on my computer while I sip my coffee about an hour later I'll go back to the drive-thru and I'll get my sandwich sometimes I go into use the restroom. It is my personal choice to sit in my car instead of inside where it gets a bit noisy and a bit busy while I'm reading my daily devotions and working on my computer. The very first time she said our restroom is only for paying customers and I said I am a paying customer I've already paid through the drive-thru oh okay and rudely gave me the code and rolled her eyes there has been a number of incidents with the same one lady that I don't care to give details about other than one day I was not feeling well and had a upset stomach and she was extremely rude about it. Another day when I use the restroom there was no toilet paper so I had to call and ask for someone to please bring toilet paper it was almost as if she was telling me that I was lying trying to explain to me how she just put toilet paper in there was I sure there wasn't any toilet paper. Today I was told that me personally am not aloud to use the restroom anymore "or sleep in my car in the parking lot" And this while things flew all over me. I have spent close to maybe 3,000 last year alone on breakfast and coffee, I am not some bum sleeping in the parking lot, I am a paying valued guest for years! This was exstreamly judgemental and her personal opinions and assumptions led her to be 100% unprofessional and rude! The past 2 weeks bc of her harassment sometimes even if I had to use the bathroom I wouldn't go in because she was always rud I didn't want to deal with it bc I didn't deserve that. But today was enough I am a Christian woman a paying customer for years and so not appreciate the Discrimination harassment and judgmental environment! It was very hurtful. As for the other employees - honestly they have all been so wonderful over the years even ask me how my son is doing and checking up on me and I greatly appreciated the small gestures of care they always know my exscat order and has always been very pleasant. I genuinely love my Starbucks, I have my coffee and daily devotion time every morning, my personal routine. But unfortunately they have lost a very valued customer at the Brewer road location. I will NEVER...
Read moreUnfortunately, this Starbucks sits in a highly problematic location. It's positioned right off a busy intersection and directly across from a high school, contributing to an immense amount of traffic, particularly during peak hours when people are heading to work or school. The parking lot entrance is less than 20 feet from the traffic lights, making it very accident-prone. Drivers frequently don't use signals and make sudden right turns into the parking lot, creating hazardous conditions. Furthermore, customers exiting often make illegal U-turns from the first entrance instead of using the second exit, adding to the traffic chaos.
I've mentioned these concerns to the staff on two separate occasions, hoping for some action or at least a sympathetic ear. Unfortunately, each time, my concerns were met with laughter and dismissal. Brandy stated, “it’s up to the landlord to make that decision or to do something about it.” This disregard for customer feedback is disappointing, especially given the safety risks involved.
The food service at this location is consistently great except you have to wait a long time, the night staff are friendly, and the quality of the beverages and food is top-notch. However, the traffic issues outside make visiting this location a stressful experience. The management should seriously consider closing the first entrance/exit during the busiest hours to alleviate some of these issues. Until then, the traffic situation remains a nightmare, and the lack of response from the staff only...
Read morewalked in because the car lines was 5-6 deep. walked in only 1 group of 3 waiting. waited for about 10 minutes and no blended drink. one of the staff sees my obvious waiting and asked for the name on the order, i give it and they will be starting on it next. too late and i ask for a refund and the amount is not the same as i paid. they can not or will not give me back the tip i gave them. so this place stole my tip money because i used a credit card/plastic they have no way of crediting back the tip amount? seem like bullshit to me. they can accept the tip from plastic and credit cards but can not give it back to the credit card? REALLY? I do know what the problem was. the people taking the orders did just that. only 2 staff were making any drinks. the other 3 staff were standing around waiting for drinks they were not assisting in the making of the drinks needed. so basically dead weight after taking the orders. they offered me a gift card for 4$, but the fact they take tips on credit and yet cannot give that back is what really bothers me. the owner needs to step up and allow their employees to make the situation right, and not hide behind corporate policies...
