I've been having some trouble lately with my Iphone6. On my way home from work, I remembered I'd be passing a Batteries Plus Bulbs store, so I stopped in. I was greeted by a very bubbly Kaileigh and explained my phone issues. Kaileigh said it was likely a battery issue which I'd never had replaced, she also suggested a new screen protector as mine was really scratched badly, I told her I also needed another phone charger cord. She stated she would have it ready in 50 minutes. The other staff person Chris was also working and managing the other customers. I returned an hour later and it was finished as promised. I had a couple of more questions for Kaileigh which she answered promptly and I was on my way and was shopping out of town. Before I left my last stop to head home I always check my phone. I didn't hear my phone go off and didn't recognize the number and a voicemail. The message was from Kaileigh and it was after store hours asking if I had left my keys. I called the number immediately and they were indeed mine, the problem was the store was closed. I asked if they could leave my keys with a neighboring business. While Chris went next door to check with the manager, Kaileigh and I continued to make meet up plans in case my keys couldn't be left. The neighboring business did agree to hold them until I could make it back. Customer Service especially at this high level is almost non-existent in today's society so I'm sure you'll understand my enthusiasm. I truly appreciate the effort that these two employees went through to make sure they were able to reach me, you see , these were the keys for my home. So when you need batteries or bulbs or have a question, you can rely on the staff at Batteries Plus Bulbs at Four Corners in Woburn.

Read moreI brought in an odd lot of worn out rechargeables, for Ryobi, Milwakee and Panasonic tools I've got. They reconditioned the two Ryobis, replaced the cells inside 1 Panasonic and 2 Milwakee batt packs, and all for what I would have paid for a single new cell.
Those tool companies have got us over the barrel because there is no competition ie you can not go to Lowes and take your pick of Energizer, Everyreay and generic when buying a replacement batt pack which fits your tool-- you have to pay their price, or buy a whole new tool set with tools you already own.
Now, I went in with cells I'd already bought for the Milwakee I'd tried to replace myself (don't do that- you need a spot-welder which I didn't have or you'll damage the cells.) I suspect the guy will never do this again for other customers because it did not meet HIS standards. After doing all that work, the batt packs did not charge up as high as he wanted, but I am a very satisfied customer.
I am a small business owner myself, and I know how annoying it is when a customer asks for special attention like this, and then you end up sinking too much time into it. That's why I'm writing this review. Plus I like the idea that the battery...
Read moreI read the bad reviews here and was concerned about going there but since my car needed a new battery and their price seemed reasonable (with free installation) I took a chance. Anyhow, I ordered the battery online to get a 10% discount, then someone from the store called me to tell me that I needed a different battery for the Honda Fit and it would be an extra $10 or so. The next day I went to the store and they told me that the person on the phone was also wrong and the battery I needed was actually another $8. I wasn't too upset since the guy was very nice, did the installation, and the battery he put in was clearly the right one so he wasn't trying to rip me off or anything. The final price was still $20 cheaper than AutoZone.
So in conclusion, the website is probably full of inaccuracies but the people at the store (I interacted with 3 of them and watched them interact with other customers) were very very nice...
