My coworker and I decided to go order in person this time around since they have messed up the last couple of delivery order. (Not surprised seeing all the other reviews) We first decided to use the drive through but had no one responding for about 5 minute. When we did get the "How can I help you?" it continued with further silence. Off to a bad start? It just keeps going. So we went inside to order and employee comes to the counter like he didn't want to be there. (Do not work in customer service if you don't like it!) Asked us what we want... We hesitated for not even a minute and just looking at the menu and he goes, "OK, tell me when you're ready...". Mind you, that there were no lines inside or the drive-through. My co-worker asked if she can get the mac bowl instead of the famous bowl by just replacing it with the mac'n'cheese. He goes on to tell my coworker what the famous bowl comes with...(At this point, he just stopped listening) He definitely looked irate at this point, and being the same nice customer we resume to just order combo meals to make life easier and just order the sides. (Because you know it says comes with two side orders, so you can choose what sides you want) We ordered 2 K7 and a number 7 combo. I can understand the confusion here when we got the order 1 k7 and 2 number 7, but the employee then went to accuse me by telling me what I said as opposed to what he heard.... My coworker also confirmed, not being bias here. The other employee just came by and see what was going on and replaced the order. Just as a precaution we double-checked our order. Guess what... the sides were wrong. I would also have to say that the employee was a bit racist. He acted more accommodating to the next customer (Hispanic). Didn't want to bring it up, but lets just dish this all out. Finally just got the correct orders and left. I can definitely that would be the last straw. Service is service, money is money. I can say farewell to such a place. I know that its not a Michelin restaurant, but I didn't ask for a medium rare steak or wagyu either. You call the KFC Restaurant to address the issues and phone RANG for a good 15 /20 minutes without anyone answering the phone and then picks up the phone and just hangs up. This went on for over an hour, I then had called the KFC CORPORATE OFFICE and they too didn't seem to care that I was forced to eat just greasy chicken without any of my sides. They didn't seem to care that nobody at the KFC RESTAURANT ON CAMBRIDGE ST IN WOUBURN MASSACHUSETTS WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE AND RIDLEY JUST HANG UP AFTER SITTING LISTENING TO IT RING FOR A GOOD 15 TO 20 MINUTES TO JUST HANG UP ON YOU. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. AND ALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE SAID WAS WE WILL REFUND YOU FOR THE SIDES IN 10 TO 15 DAYS AND ID RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN THE REFUND IS AUTHORIZED.
