Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Woburn

Worst time I've ever ordered from KFC/Taco Bell. It took incredibly long time in the drive through and when it finally became our turn, the person on the speaker didn't seem to know the menu or didn't care. He didn't ask for the sides on the combos and when we listed them he thought they were additional items. It was a mess. I had to not order a sandwich because I wasn't sure he got it right. So I just decided to do without it.

When the last car ahead of us was leaving, the driver accidentally straddled a divider with his car. The person at the window thought it was appropriate to pop out the drive-through window and shout laughing "Better luck next time". I thought it was disrespectful and totally uncalled for. When they started serving us, my drink tasted nothing like what I ordered and looked like the wrong size. When we asked if the drink was the correct drink for us the person serving us at the time replied "no". I was in the passenger seat and said to my husband "If he knows it's not, why give it to us?". We hear him audibly complaining to the other person and the other one making what didn't sound like a respectful comment. They were just loud enough to catch on what they're talking about but not catch the full sentence. You could definitely get the looks and body language. They both didn't belong behind that window. They were rude and not well trained. Never seen...

First of all understand that this review is only true if the young lady or my favorite person I've ever met! He wears gloves and a full mask which I think is the best look for any drive thru company. But forget the mask and the gloves because he is literally the nicest human being I have ever come into contact with. In a time where people have attitudes and nobody has a good attitude nowadays especially in the fast food industry.... But this gentleman is the epitome of what every employee in every company should be like. And I'll capitalize the next statement just so you know how important it is.... HE IS THE NICEST AND FRIENDLIEST EMPLOYEE THAT I'VE MADE CONTACT WITH AT ANY COMPANY IN AT LEAST A DECADE! Now considering that you have the greatest employee and the absolute worst in the same building. He's ignorant and wears glasses. He wouldn't tell me his name cuz knew I'd report him. But his description is little and skinny wearing glasses. Nothing like my guy that I was describing with the mask and the gloves and he's big. But again, he's the nicest employee that you guys have... By far!!! but I must say the female that is middle-aged that works there is also kind of cool... Not nearly as great as an employee as the guy that I've been describing but much better than...

in general i never really found this location to be all that bad i usually prefer here than the mcdonalds across the street when in the area and want tacos this is the ONLY location in the area for easily the next 5-7+ miles so unless you REALLY want chicken, tacos and other stuff elsewhere good luck its in other places, the chicken at kfc i dont really care about i come for the tacos plus we all know what fried chicken is like right? can get that anywhere but few places these days ever have tacos i keep my order simple the T6 as is called here ( Combo #6 elsewhere) and find it worth the money under 10 bucks you get 2 chalupas choice of chicken beef or steak( you can also order 1 chicken+ steak like i do) and get a hard or soft shell taco with a large pepsi its not too bad and def fills you up for less than 9$ its taco bell lower your standards when you come here and expect the at least ok stuff and youl be fine seating is limited unless you get take out and parking is small and watch out fort the 2 intersections. and as for service its ok depending on who is there but most are ok not friendly but enough that you can get your food...
