I never write reviews but I just had the worst experience ever!! I had called in on my take out order because I was charged twice for my food. As I was able to resolve the problem the MOD on Sunday at 8:30 pm thought the phone call had ended, however the line was still open and I could hear everything he was saying 😡😡 First of all he never apologized for the fact that I was charged twice. Second I was very polite because I know how the restaurant business goes due to the fact that my daughter owns her own restaurant and I am aware of the challenges in the restaurant business. This man whom so called "MOD" was talking so bad about me stating that I pissed him off (when I was super polite even though it was their fault) and he talked a bunch of BS about a customer whom was still on the line listening to every word he was saying to a waitress I asume because he told her to just go home during the conversation. I am still wondering why he was extremely rude and out of line with his outrageous comments about me when all I did was call in politely to ask about why I was charged twice. Because of ppl like that is why customers stop going to certain places. The main thing and by far the most important thing in the restaurants that one hopes to have is good customer service. If the manager has that type of additide and professionalism then what do you expect of the rest!!!!! I will never buy from here again, I will never recommend this place either. And was able to find my cards… I had sent this to a do not reply… so I just needed to say it here… because my waitress was so wonderful!!!! She helped me surprise my auntie… I was so so grateful!!! And she was so so amazing!!! So here what I wrote to the do not reply I’m sorry,
“Oh!!! No!!! The waitress WAS ABSOLUTELY A DOLL! It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE, on your part! As it ALWAYS IS! I was just dumb.. and left my cards somewhere… and couldn’t get through to the restaurant by phone and needed to contact someone… I LOVE 99s! I go there for your French onion soup! Wich IS ALWAYS! Delicious and hot and well prepared! Everything was fabulous… I was just checking to see if anyone had turned my cards in, my mom worked at this particular location for years when I was a kid… and this location has a very special place in my heart for sure..
