I visited this shop a few years back. The older lady who was there was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was also very kind and we talked for quite some time. I had been searching for a turquoise genuine native american made ring for my Grandfather who collected them. she had a great selection and very reasonable prices. she helped me pick the ring (my grandpa loved it, and even wore it to walk me down the isle on my wedding day!) and also explained to me about different types of turquoise. I also bought a few small rocks from her all of which were reasonably priced. I went to several rock shops while I was in Colorado, and this one was by far my favorite. when I make it back to the area I will most definitely be back again! I highly recommend this wonderful...
Read moreWe traveled all the way from Colorado springs because we thought this was the place to go. We walked in and had a couple questions about some stuff. She was short and rude. She said we don't talk to people who want to do apraisles on anything. She said our owner goes to specific people all over the world. We said we just want to know general questions. She said no we don't do that and turned her back and walked away. We just had questions that was it. Mind you we had our daughter with us who was so excited about the store and what we had found. I would never and will never go again and never recommend this place. I can't believe how awful that women was...
Read moreI found this shop on the internet...and made a round trip of about 200 miles ...I was not disappointed the young ladies running it were fantastic the selection was sooo much more than i expected...I wire wrap crystals stone and fossil i was able to find a huge amount of pcs to wrap ...my next trip there will be to add some points and geodes...spheres as this shop has it all with totally great prices ...I made my purchases and got to Woodland Pk and went back and picked up a tray of split ammonite pairs and a piece of moldavite....ill be seeing you ladies at the Pikes Peak Rock Shop again in about 2 weeks really...
