Better Home Furniture & Mattress — Attraction in Worcester

We had ordered a bedroom set back in the second week of july of 2024 and we're told it would be delivered in the middle of august, and it's been over 9 weeks now and just got the bedroom set we ordered do not buy anything from this place. It will take 3 months for you. To receive your furniture And they will give you a constant runaround about why it's taking so long to receive it. I don't know how it is. Legal to sell furniture that you do not have in stock and then they'll give you the runaround of why it's taking so long to receive it with no clear answers on why so I repeat, do not do business with these people. And any positive reviews that you see of this place are from people that work there or are related to them Worst...

Don’t waste your money because this is the worse furniture I’ve had in my lifetime. They came to deliver my furniture and I noticed that one of the accessories did not come with it; I was told they will deliver it within a week but they never did, and after the delivery man left I noticed a crack in a bed that cost almost $2000. I called and sent a picture of the cracked bed, and they told me they can only use my warranty to replace a bed that came broken within 6 hours. They never exchanged the bed, and six months into it, the bed just fell apart into pieces. Don’t waste your money. Worst customer service ever and they sell and cheep products that will break and can injure you and your children. Junk...

I don’t recommend them at all! Worst Customer service I have ever seen. Do better. I would like to emphasize that my dissatisfaction with the store has nothing to do with the DELIVERY PEOPLE, they are great and attentive! My DISSATISFACTION is with the sellers.
