For truckers: If you are coming from the west, you'll probably be taking I-90. If you're cheap like me, you'll be taking US-20. Either way, you'll be taking I-290 North. Get off on exit 15 or Southbridge. Once you go under the rusty railroad bridge, you must take a left on Southgate immediately. So it's a good idea to start slowing down once you see the bridge. I mean, your trailer will still be under the rail bridge when you are taking the turn on Southgate. On Southgate, there's an arched bridge, but in the center, there's clearance, and your truck can and will clear it. After that you'll be making a right on gardener. You'll then clear another bridge with more room. If you're going to shipping, that's it, you're there! If you're going to receiving, make a u turn in the shipping lot and grab the receiving entrance wide. Remember, use all the space available to you. As you're coming in, you can see someone took out the pedestrian rail. So I wouldn't recommend making a left into receiving but rather a right...

It is recommended to go up to the shipping lot, turn around, go back out on the street like you came, then turn wide to the right. 3 docks in the back, receiving office is on the corner but doesn't say receiving. It is ONE WAY, so you will leave out to the right. I never could get anyone to answer a phone at any extension. Called several times, tried several extensions. Finally asked another driver that pulled into shipping. **you will not see signs for receiving in the back. You only see on side of the building at the alley where you turn. Go slow, turn wide. You are dealing with residential...
