Bought 5 front row tickets to see Dar Williams, only to get there at showtime and they sat other people were in our seats. They had emailed the couple days before the show to let them know they had purchased a wheelchair seat. Instead of flagging those tickets, moving those people, or bringing down an extra chair for them they told us that the show was starting so we had to sit. We ended up in the second row from the back. We asked to speak to the manager, Kyle, after the performance, hoping at least for a refund since we did not get to sit it the area that we had paid for. She just kept saying, " I'm glad you enjoyed the show." No help at all. No apologies. She made it seem like our fault. We were so excited for this show. I have seen Dar multiple times and bought the tickets as soon as they came out. I have also been dealing with customer service issues for over 20 years in my workplace and have never treated anyone the way Kyle treated us, especially when they were in the wrong here. They knew days ahead of time that this might be an issue, did nothing to address is that night, and did nothing to rectify the situation when it was brought to their attention. We are all local professionals who will never be back to support Holy Cross. What was supposed to be a great night ended up being extremely disappointing. I hope Holy Cross offers some classes in customer service...
Read moreWe had high expectations for this newly beautifully designed performance facility. Perhaps it was due to sitting in the balcony, but the echo was significant and severely detracted from Ms. Mueller's performance. Or perhaps the sound mixing or speakers were not balanced properly. What was telling when she purposely did not use her mic and the sound was so much better! I hope that PPAC fixes their sound issues, but we were so disappointed that we will...
Read moreA fairly new performance venue with a striking exterior design. Surprisingly a Rodin statue is near the lower enterance. We went to see a student of "The Heiress" and enjoyed one of the performances spaces - a theater in the round set up. Staff were courteous and professional. Seats were comfortable. There is also an a cafe and bar inside. Plenty of...
