Perspire Sauna Studio — Attraction in Wyckoff

My experience at the studio was out of this world. Joe scheduled my appointment and was very professional and easing going. He made it very accommodating for me to come in the same night. When I arrived. I was greeted by Joe by my first name which I thought was impeccable and he thoroughly explained the step to step process of a first-timer at the studio.

I then met Katie who was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel at home and comfortable that I was going to enjoy my first session. When asking about the additional creams and lotions available, she was very knowledgeable of the products and gave her true opinion and highly recommended to try and purchase a sample first.

Prior to my visit, I had signed up for the founding member rates and as a marketer, I was completely impressed with the campaign set for that allowed me to emotionally schedule my first appointment.

The individual sauna rooms are quite the experience from a person who works a 70 plus hour work week. I thought this was the perfect health and wellness activity to help me learn how to meditate and with the tools Joe sent me up for in the room for the first time in 10 years I was able to be physically and mentally present

I started going to Perspire Sauna upon their opening in late summer 2023. It has been an excellent experience ranging from warm, friendly and helpful staff members to immaculate sauna rooms with top notch accommodations. Each room has it's own private infrared sauna which tailor to the particular issues you want to address such as muscle soreness, fatigue, etc. The staff are helping in giving guidance if one wants suggestions as to which light setting is most beneficial based on what someone wants to work on. Each room has its own flat screen TV with numerous options (Netflix, HBO, etc) or simply listening to meditation/relaxation music and/or videos. The experience is very relaxing and therapeutic and a like a "mini vacation." The studio provides towels and a cold lavender towel at the end of the session and there are an array of beverages for purchase. The setting is quiet and I leave there feeling very relaxed and re-charged. I recommend Perspire in...
