Restore Dispensaries Yeadon — Attraction in Yeadon

I have mixed feelings about restore. Restore is the closest dispensary to me and they have a drive thru. You’d think that would make it convenient -it is not. Unless very specific people are working the drive thru (Tyler or Desiree ONLY) it is an aggravating experience! Sometimes 15+ minute wait one time i waited about 28 minutes. It is one way one lane and if someone comes behind you you are STUCK. You would think they would have compassion and consideration for their patient’s time but they do not; when you go to the window they blame it on the patient ahead of you lol, very unprofessional.

Sometimes the flower here is stale or near expiration and they discount it but it’s not even worth the discount price at that point, effects are cut in half if not more. The only dispensary that makes you show your state ID and MMJ card EVERYTIME 😵‍💫 The wait times inside are more ridiculous than the drive thru unless you are lucky and get good budtenders. My faves are Ms Desiree, Taylor (haven’t seen her in a while though) Ty, Anthony, Wilson, and Moss they’re all awesome, kind, attentive, and fast - if you go to them you will have no issues! They all know their strands and terpenes and give good sound advice if you ask them.

Since this place requires a discount check (🙄) you have to interact with at least one manager when you go. Some of them are straight rude and ignorant - the older black lady told my budtender to “WAIT, I’m doing something”. I think the male manager is the general manager (always seems so busy) but sometimes he doesn’t even acknowledge you its like you’re bothering him... Other than them, Nicole, Crystal, and Sasha are my faves - somehow when they see me its always a seamless process and I’m out the door right away.

About a week or two ago I came in one night close to closing and the budtender was sweeping the floor. There were 2 other people waiting and he made eye contact with us all yet thought sweeping was more important. I was so mad I didn’t bother getting his name i just wanted to get the heck out of there that night lol. This is what prompted my review but as i sat and reflected restore itself is an OK dispensary , customer service training could go a long way! The dispensary is always clean, never seen people hanging around outside, seems very secure. However, too many of the people who work here are either slow, lazy, or apathetic. I absolutely LOVE this dispensary!! I've been going here since they first opened recently & I can honestly say that I have never once had anything but a great experience here. Every single staff member has treated me with nothing less than kindness & accomodations to the best of their ability , never hesitating to answer any questions I've ever had , even finding the best person to answer the question if they felt there were someone more knowledgeable. I'm very sorry to the VERY few people who felt it wasn't a good experience , although I understand a certain amount of frustration driving that far for something you specifically weren't able to get where you live & turn out not to be able to get it anyway, I feel like it's not really fair to expect the dispensary to be privy to the fact that you were coming that distance for that specific reason unless you note that, which you could have,they give you that option plus you were still getting something else so I'm sure their assuming your coming for the rest of your order either way & as far as waiting 30 mins , ok it happens & sometimes, this goes for anywhere, you may not understand why but it doesn't mean it may not be legitimate on their part & probably completely unrelated to the individual that's frustrated but I suppose you can't ever ALWAYS be perfect, I'll be damned if they aren't 99.9% AMAZING though.
