I really use to like this restaurant due to the fact no matter where I live I will travel just to get a platter from this restaurant but due to a fellow employee that was working last night giving me the false wrong how ever you wanna go about it when I called ask about the promo I have receive on my phone now I am normally use to if you have to buy one get one free that will be show in any type of SMS or email sent which it did not say the young lady that I ask the question last night her attitude was very rude and very mean like as well stated in a upsetting voice do you want to speak to my manager ! Which made me feel uncomfortable I should had Be order what the gentleman told me on the telephone I would not have drove all the way from across town if this was false and wrong answer the gentleman told me I will no longer come to this restaurant again very unhappy about this my point is what if someone that did not have anything receive that text message and that gentleman that answered the phone told them yes you are HONOR a free chicken platter got there and was told different very bad for business and you...

Really 4.5. I've only been here once, but it was a great experience. I got medium jerk chicken, (medium as in size) and my two sides were cabbage and rice and beans. The rice and beans were excellent, tasty and spicy. The cabbage was solid. The jerk chicken was quite tasty, could have been a little spicier. The rice and beans were spicier than the chicken. But don't get me wrong it was still good. Just a personal preference. The only reason I could go five stars is because the food wasn't hot, it was just like warm. They made the order when I got there and I live like 2 minutes away. Literally. Now that may have been a product of going there near the closing so I'll definitely go back there but I'll try an earlier time. I went around 10:15. The portion of the food was great. Could have easier been enough for two. That also could have been a product of the time of night, may have been trying not to have left overs. Overall I'd recommend it to anyone.

I ordered my food over the phone ahead of time. When I arrived there was a long line so I went straight to the register to let them know that I had already ordered and just needed to pay for my food. To my surprise they made me wait at back of the line until everyone else ordered their food and left (when you don't even order from the cashier there. You order from the people on the side that are plating the food.) I can understand if someone was in front of me and just had to pay but why should I have to sit there while everyone orders and stare at the cashier doing absolutely nothing when the register was free. I complained to the manager but he didn't seem to understand that if the cashier is free they should allow people who are only picking up to pay and leave. He told me that it didnt matter if my food was already ready and that I would still have to wait even if the register was free of customers. Horrible customer service in my opinion.
