Savers — Attraction in Yorba Linda

I am so frustrated… I donate a lot of things to this store. I was walking the store and accidentally dropped my coupon and couldn’t find it. So I figured someone picked it up. I said it’s ok I’ll use my phone number I have a one on there. I get to the front to pay and my number won’t go through… so I ask. The lady tells me the system is down so I cant use my rewards. I kindly tell her I dropped my coupon in the floor does she have a extra sense I can’t use my number. She said not unless you donate to me I can’t give you one. I was like but the system is down and I wanted to use that one. She said no I can’t give you one to replace the other. So I was very frustrated with this. How is it my fault the system is down? And can’t use my rewards. I wasn’t mean. She said you can use the paper coupon and I told her I lost it in the store. So said I am sorry. I felt very sad beacuse I just wanted to use one coupon and sense the system was down I feel she could have given me a paper on. Unbelievable and Unethical Behavior

I've been a loyal customer and a promoter of this store for a long time, often showcasing my finds to my 1.9 million followers. However, my recent experience was beyond disappointing—it was outright unethical.

I placed a lamp on hold, only to have an employee snatch it up from her own department and purchase it for herself. To add insult to injury, she then took it directly to her vehicle! My sister witnessed the whole thing while waiting at the front. When I returned, the lamp was gone and unticketed. The employee displayed obvious signs of guilt, nervously mentioning, "Isn’t that the one that so-and-so just bought?" clearly referring to her coworker.

The store did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. No discount, no coupon, no accommodations whatsoever. This kind of behavior is appalling, and I will be sharing this experience with my followers. I can no longer recommend this store. Save yourself the frustration and...

I really love savers in general and still can find a deal at this one sometimes but man their prices have really gotten out of control. They should really get over themselves. Either their pricing dept is incompetent or they are trying to pull one over on customers. Either way not a great situation. Especially for the fact that they are not really a non profit. Although you can donate to the charity initially that is all....do not be fooled into thinking that the charity benefits in any way from their high prices. I find it sad that someone would donate what is apparently a very valuable table.... for the charity to only recieve maybe 10 bucks for it and them turn around and try to sell it for 1500! Also btw just because something is listed on ebay for 2500 doesn't mean it's WORTH that much. Things are worth how much people will pay for them and not a penny more...so I guess as long as people keep paying their inflated prices they will keep up their...
