Target — Local services in Yorba Linda

My fiance went after work to buy formula for our baby. Mind you it’s the closest target that was open by the time he got off work so he went to the Yorba Linda location, usually we go to the one in Chino or surrounding areas closer to our home. He was trying to use a coupon we got from the Manufacturer of Similac. The cashier was nice but couldn’t get the coupon to go through so she called her manager. Managers name is “FLOR” she was super RUDE and non professional!!!! She said the coupon doesn’t work at their store that they don’t take any coupons then she said they dont Take WIC either! Like first of all what does WIC have to do with a manufacturer coupon for the formula, second of all your insinuating that we use WIC like it’s a bad thing. Thirdly I could hear your tone of voice was super rude and you basically just didn’t want to do YOUR JOB and provide customer service! You should learn from your cashier at least she was polite. I would like a call back from an actual manager that knows what they are doing and isn’t racist or likes to stereotype customers. we weren't aware a target had opened up here but we were driving by in the area and were in need of a few items. when i saw this location pop up on the screen after a quick google maps search i thought it might've been an error or i had my streets incorrect but surely it was there when we drove up. i'll advise you that it is not a normal sized target because it is actually on the smaller size but it didn't seem like it once inside because they had it spread out where it felt like a normal sized target. we were able to walk the whole store in just a few minutes and then we found what we were looking for luckily. they also had some good items on sale as well which we also decided...

I was so impressed with a worker at Target Yorba Linda. I needed a screw driver and could not find one. When I looked at workers they would look away so I didn’t bother them, however, when I looked at the young man in the picture he smiled and said can I help you? I said yes I need a screen driver. He said follow me and walked me to the hardware area. He looked to find me a single screw driver out of the many packs that was there, with the round top. He found it and I rejoiced! I thanked that young man because he restored my faith in the term “service.” Thank you Target! Somebody knows how to hire down there because they picked this young man!...
