Backyard Expressions — Local services in Yorba Linda

I ordered two adirondack chairs from Backyard Expressions, Yorba Linda, in August (2024). It took seven weeks for the chairs to arrive due to manufacturing delays. When they finally arrived one of the chairs was incomplete so I had to wait another couple of weeks for the part to ship. The new part arrived but was damaged (cosmetic), either during manufacturing or shipping. Backyard Expressions delivered both chairs to my house with the agreement that they would replace the damaged part when they received it from the manufacturer, who was located in North Carolina. After one week Backyard Expressions delivered a new chair to replace the damaged one.

The chairs are high quality, well constructed and comfortable. I ordered these chairs to match four others I had purchased from Backyard Expressions in 2020. I am very satisfied with the appearance and quality of these chairs, which are on my front porch.

The delays and the issues with the product were very disappointing. However, Angela from Backyard Expressions really saved the day. She was a pleasure for me to deal with, kept me informed all along and pressured the manufacturer for a speedy resolution in my favor.

In the past I have made numerous purchases from Backyard Expressions because of the quality of their products. These chairs are high quality, but in this case it's their customer service that really earns the highest marks...

I bought several items from Sarah at Backyard Expressions, including BBQ, Refrigerator, Pizza Oven, Outdoor Torch Lanterns, and an outdoor fire bowl. I have been extremely happy with the service and the follow-up service they have provided. It has been over a year now since I started working with them and the few items that have come up, they went out of the way to work with me and the manufacturer to make sure the product was to my satisfaction. I appreciate the fact that they continue to value me as a customer, and stand behind the products that they sell. I highly recommend...

Went to Backyard Expressions in Yorba Linda with my husband- hopefully to find outdoor furniture for our condo patio. Was helped by Sarah Montgomery, who immediately showed perfessionalism and knowledge of what furniture would fit our space with what our style is. We ended up getting an egg swing chair (which we all absolutely love and comfortable!) and a 2 seater bench!
