Brenda was horrible to deal with. I have never experienced such horrible service. I had been leasing a refrigerator from here, for less than 90 days. I have had someone come out and work on the fridge and it was still experiencing issues. I called today to ask for it to be picked up, because I am not paying for something that does not work properly. I immediately was told I wasn't leasing anything, which I am. Then I was also told that I was out of my 90 warranty period, which I am not. I then was accused of having something for a period of time and wanting to return it and get a refund to be able to get to use the appliance for free, which I NEVER asked for. I was yelled at continuously and told that no one would be coming to pick up the appliance and hung up on. I will never go back to this place of "business" and I highly suggest no one else does either.
EDIT TO ADD: I never once called and complained about “rates”. She’s just trying to make her and that place of business look good, when it’s not. I was NOT out of my 90 days when I called with my complaints. Acima also told me that Yukon Appliance could come get the broken refrigerator- but after they spoke with her, they stated that she didn’t want the money to be taken out of her account. Read moreBooked a service call through their website and received confirmation via email. Day of the appointment...a no show. We called the store and was told they had no record of our service request. Told that a text would be sent to Tim and he would make it right.
Late afternoon of scheduled appointment, Tim called and we told him the nature of the service call and the set time (1000 hrs). He said he was travelling back from the El Reno area and to stop at his shop to get a part for us. After that...nothing! He was a total no show, and did not call us back.
A day later, spoke with shop again (Candace) who said she was surprised he never followed up. She offered to text him again, asking him to provide details of when he would be by. End of 2nd day...nothing.
Apparently, this shop is very busy and their system for booking appointments on-line has a bug. It is now the 3rd day after our appointment was scheduled (and receiving written email confirmation)...no phone call, has not attempted to contact us.

Read moreI was driving home from an errand to my Village Verde Subdivision in Piedmont, OK and I noticed a Yukon Appliance and Repair Center van at a neighbor's house. I knew my wife and I had an electric stove which had a defective burner. The home was new, but the burner went bad and was only 2yrs old. We used it without the bad burner for 5 years until today. I called Yukon Appliance 2days ago. They were very professional and prompt in helping us locate the Model No and used it to locate the part and called back the next day to inform us they new the problem and could get the part and provided a price for the repair my wife and I approved the repair. Yukon scheduled it for the next date. Yukon sent a skilled professional technition named Eddie, who did a fantastic job and repaired our stove for much less than a new one would cost! We love their professionalism and expertise, plus Eddie informed us that they have top brand appliances at reasonable prices of all kinds. It was a very professional experience from the first phone call to the now like new Electric Whirlpool Stove.
