We love City Bites! The food is always delicious! I ordered online and it was ready upon arrival.

Very slow!!! The employees are like skittish doggies. Talk quiet and reluctant, not quit the help you want for a popular business. The personality of the employees at this location do not coincide with the atmosphere decor. I remember when City Bites started at the people, the music, the decor and the food were all one awesome package. Now its just another sandwich spot. I understand a frequent turnover of employment since it's usually high school kids, but they are choosing to put themselves in the public eye and the social behavior doesn't need to be so skittish you can do better I'm quite confident you can. I used to absolutely love City Bites, but those days are over. Owners have gotten greedy and they skimp. They now charge almost $12 a Sub, and the quality is below average. Veggies that used to be on subs are missing. I ordered the California Club, no sprouts lettuce instead. Bread was old, one piece of cheese, and two pieces of meat. The other item we ordered was the Philly Cheese Steak which was quite messy looking, and lacked flavor. It took 20 minutes to receive the order.
