At first I thought Betty who manages the store was cool. Told me lie after lie about a 10inch King California foam bed from Serta was good. After two weeks of researching a bed thought I was getting a deal. Long story short only had bed for three days in slept in it once due to my RA pain. Called her back Monday asking if I could switch for another mattress... Her reply was no because u slept on it once! Explained to her I was very uncomfortable. Betty blew me off and finally told me no. Her attitude was nasty. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFERENCE HER BUSINESS TO NO ONE!
