VinWonders Wave Park — Attraction in Hưng Yên Province

Our tickets (booked online, 225 000 vnd/pax after incentives) didn't work at the entrance. The staff were a bit overwhelmed with this situation, but in the end we were let in.

The 150 000 Vnd voucher for food and drinks is in my opinion a scam. We got 1x hot dog, 1 drink and 1 ice cream. According to the price list, they cost around 75,000 vnd in direct sales. Sorry, but this is never worth of 150k VND. The children were given energy drinks without being asked. We were refused an exchange for soda. The told us, the buffet was closed today.

Our children were only allowed to use 1 slide, the others were blocked by the staff. One slide Was closed COMPLETELY due to renovations. We were not allowed to use any the large pools until 13.00h.

The wave pool only started at 1.30 pm. As we arrived at 11am, we were unable to take advantage of this main selling point. We were the only customers there at the time. With the help of Google translator, we asked many employees when the waves would be launched, but received no or incorrect information.

There were some cigarette butts and even sharp pieces of plastic in the sand. An injury cannot be ruled out, but the condition of the (cleared) slides was very good.

The staff were very friendly, but hardly anyone spoke English. However, this is a big issue throughout Vietnam.

Overall, the visit was rather disappointing. You pay for something you don't get. None of the advertising...

Highly overrated with multiple water slides were non functional. The reception staff at the ticket counter are extremely slow- bog down pressure / twice experienced in 2 days back to back. They have two entities- water park and wave pool park - we bought combo tickets and we weren’t told that they are at two different places. Money wasted. Staff doesn’t know English. 12 pm - 2 Pm is the lunch break. Except kids pools the slides are closed. Locker facilities available with deposit and rent. Olympic size swimming pool too was closed. Biển hồ sẽ nhẹ nhàng và thư giãn hơn so với công viên nước. Trẻ dưới 1m free, tủ gửi đồ có trả phí, tặng kèm 1 que kem. Khu tắm tráng trong nhà rộng, sạch sẽ. Mình đi mùa thấp điểm tầm tháng 10 thật sự rất thoải mái, k đông người, thời tiết vẫn nắng như trong hè cao điểm nhưng k phải bon chen với ai 😂 chơi 1 buổi chiều thôi rồi tầm 5h chiều ngồi bus vin ra khu ocean park hưng yên để ăn tối và xem trình diễn nhạc nước, pháo hoa nếu có. Cả đi và về mình đều đi xe bus vin và cũng k mất phí, điểm đón trả gần nhà mình nên rất tiện. Mình mua vé online của người quen nên giá rẻ hơn tại quầy nhiều 😂 gần HN, di chuyển k tốn phí, vé vào 2 khu biển hồ và cvn thì vừa rẻ vừa k cần xếp hàng (vì mình đến thấy nhiều người lúi húi xếp hàng chờ chuyển khoản tiền vé với xuất vé cũng hơi lâu mà trời nắng quá, trẻ con thì háo hức.
