Worst casino I’ve been to, ever. And trust me, I like casinos. The building and resort look absolutely amazing, yet the casino is a very eerie and depressing place. Although it’s 24/7, there was no bar open in the entire resort after 10 pm. (There was a restaurant open, only for members). Staff was professional and kind but not knowledgeable. We got sent to an already closed bar in the resort, twice. Machines are out of date and most of them have a minimum bet of $1.50 per spin (yes, you play with USD here)

It's a clean and bright place (unfortunately too bright at nights, if they lower lights it will be more pleasant), with great table games: blackjack, baccarat, roulette and poker. Furniture and equipment is new. They have a restaurant inside that serves customers for free a few times in a day. They have free transportation to and from Ho Chi Minh City. Need improvements: this resort is no longer the best place in town. There are many enemies, which are very new and compatible resorts next to The Grand. Foods are old-style, not fresh.
