Arrived at the hotel on the 28th July 2016, the front residents parking was in full swing & huge parties taking place, ranging from wedding receptions, owner's party and entertainment by DJ R-One, managed to get a parking spot as I had a heavy luggage (Please avoid to take your suite cases as there's no lift, particularly, if you're allocated anything above the first floor). Interesting to note that although there's building work going on, building a lift is not on the owner list.
