Hôtel de l'Aéroport — Hotel in Dar El Beïda

Hhhh....I gave just one star but in fact they deserve even 0 star. To begin with: this is a rubbish hotel. I don’t know if I can call it a hotel or a barn....don’t take wrong because I am not exaggerating. Nothing is correct...almost everything is broken; door handles, Airco, TV (also sticky remote control). It’s really not healthy, there is a lot of mould and dead mosquitoes. So, if you have an asthma you’re screwed. It’s horrible. It looks like an abandoned hotel since 20 years. Furthermore, flush was not working and I was struggling all the time to have hot water.

Well, where should I start? The breakfast has only coffee and milk with two varieties of croissants. The flush doesn't work. The bath tub, the sink and the rest of things in the room are rusted.There is a cat in the lobby making noises and is seen mostly roaming around. It's mostly the pet of the staff. Don't ask me about the staff. The wifi is only available in the lobby which also houses flies and mosquitoes in abundance. The photos will show you more! One word for this hotel?...

Pour résumer :même si on vous paye, ne passez pas la nuit là bas.||On commence par les réceptionnistes qui étaient hors sujet surtout quand j'ai confirmé que ma réservation n'a pas été prise en compte ensuite comme par tout en Algérie y a jamais quelqu'un qui portera vos bagages mais bon... On demande que le confort... Le confort est un mot qui n'es pas fait pour cet établissement car la chambre est une vrais catastrophe, à commencer pas les traces suspectes sur la moquette puis j'ai découvert que heureusement les draps étaient propres mais hélas déchirés de partout sans parler du biblo qui pendait au mur et la TV des années 90 avec la télé commende cassé, y a aussi le frigo qui fessait un bruit horrible ajoute à l'insonorisation des chambres qui laisse tout le bruit de la rocade rentrer à l'intérieur et le matelas dur comme une planche (oublier le sommeil). Ah oui la salle de bain j'ai oublier... Beh elle est équipée de baignoire ! Youpiii on peut se relaxer, bah non faut oublier car y a pas d'eau chaude malgré le fait que j'ai réclamer 3 fois. Enfin le petit dej... Des minis croissants des minis petits pains un termo de lait un autre de café des packs de jus déjà entamés et des cuillères à soupe en plastique en guise de cuillères à café. Bon voilà à peu près ma nuite que je vais regretter toute ma vie. Bon un seul point positif, la proximité...
