It was a bad experience as a 4 or 5 stars hotel first of all you have to confirm the price cuz they will say another thing upon arrival🙂 be ready;) they don’t inform you about the procedures to take once a child is with you or what papers you should bring, reception phone is not working you have to dress up n go to them to ask for anything beside you may receive a call at 7 or 8 am and no body knows from where it comes, receptionist no relation with 5 stars no professionalism, if you ask for something in the morning to find it ready at night just forget what you asked for like i ordered a blanket at 8am in order to find it at night no action was taken, i informed about the Ac in the morning nothing has been changed at night :) even though when they add a place or a bed in the room they should bring every added item with it that night the AC was not working we said we can survive till the morning without it fine but when it was fixed the next day i slept covering myself with this blanket showing on the picture below but the surprise was in the morning day of our check out the blanket that i slept covering myself with was full of old marks of blood that i didn’t notice at night😳 that was a Shock and a shameful experience in my first visit to Algiers the rooms were small for 3 persons beside the noise that you hear from the main road next to your window. As i work in a 4 stars hospital abroad this has nothing to do with the stars i will not give a rock even for it....
Read moreThe experience there was NOT good at the slightest. Everything was so chaotic and stressful from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. First of, the service was absolutely unacceptable, rude and disrespectful. If you make a reservation online even 10 days before, still mark the room unbooked. They don't even inform you of the preparations needed to book there, for example if a minor is staying there, you apparently need parental consent. But the worst part isn't even the preparation but the way they inform you. Giving one information at a time and stressing your hair gray isn't the most fun experience. Even after paying you need to come again before to confirm that the rooms or available multiple times. But given the price and all the trouble we gone through, the rooms should be good, right? Wrong. The rooms weren't even all that great, the floor was dirty, the beds weren't too comfortable, the bed covers weren't even clean, the pillows were almost flat, the soundproofing was horrible, and the AC didn't even work. Even the toilet needs fixing, it was freaking broken. Even the view from the window was bad. Absolutely don't recommend at all,bad costumer service, bad location, bad rooms, absolutely overpriced, and could find a way better one and way...

Today I walk around here and try to sit for a few seconds at the chairs out of the hotel to wait for my taxi. The service man told me if I’m not a guest here, then I can’t sit here.
