UN DESASTRE! Lo publican como hotel 4 estrellas y no es ni para una estrella por el precio que le ponen ! Pagamos casi 100.000 pesos la noche y las instalaciones son pésimas ! Humedad en las escaleras , nos alojamos en una habitación en el primer piso y al subir la escalera ya notabas la humedad. En los pasillos había muebles viejos que se ve que habían sacado de otras habitaciones y aspiradoras gigantes como si fuese un depósito. La habitación también con HUMEDAD! Soy asmática asique tuve que recurrir a mi medicamento. El baño era lo que más safaba porque es amplio la ducha funcionaba bien , pero las toallas SUCIAS con rouge de mujer y algunas con manchas!. De las 4 toallas que había en el baño solo una estaba algo apta para secarse , desagradable. Sinceramente tiene muy malos comentarios sumado el mío , sabía que venía a un hotel caro con malos comentarios pero fue un viaje Improvisado y lamentablemente comprobé que todo lo que comentan es verdad. Asique estaría bueno que la gente deje de venir ya que el precio es carísimo para lo que ofrecen (hay departamentos muy lindos en la zona por menos valor) y la publicidad que hace este hotel es engañosa! No estafen a la gente ! No lo recomiendo.

La mejor ubicación que uno puede esperar. Vista al río cerca de todo. Por fuera el hotel es lindo pero tiene muchas deficiencias en el servicio hotelero. El ascensor cierra tan rápido que podes ser golpeado por la puerta automática. Para un discapacitado es un problema. Los pasillos están totalmente en penumbras. Casi no se distinguen los números de la habitaciónes. La habitaciones están decoradas de manera completamente antigua estilo '80. Mobiliario viejo, colchas antiguas, focos quemados. La limpieza es otro punto. Muchos detalles de limpieza deficiente. En encontré manojos de pelos en el baño, vidrios sucios, sábanas limpias pero manchadas y sin planchar. Blackout muy sucio. Cortinas y cielo razo con telas de araña. Vasos del frigobar como si hiciera semanas que nadie lo usa,con polvo y pegado al apoya vaso. El baño es amplio y más moderno. Incluye cochera pero no tiene lugar para todos los autos, es un problema al llegar o irse todos los automos amontonados obstruyebdose uno a otro. Deja mucho que desear casi todo el hotel.

No entiendo cómo este hotel puede clasificarse como 4 estrellas, incluso 2 sería una exageración! En primer lugar, sacando el alcohol en gel del lobby, los protocolos COVID son inexistentes! El / la recepcionista no usan barbijos, tampoco lo exigen a los huéspedes que se pasean por todo el hotel como si la pandemia hubiera terminado, habitaciones y partes comunes anticuadas y sucias (Alfombras mugrientas y humedad por todos lados), la piscina del tercer piso da lástima ! El desayuno es patético, galletitas, budines y jugos industriales de la peor calidad que uno puede encontrar en un supermercado, ni siquiera tenían queso crema para acompañar el pan tipo lactal que ofrecen como tostadas! Si bien la ubicación es buena, eso hace que los ruidos sean incesantes toda la noche, lo único quizás “destacable”, es la vista, que se disfrutaría un poco más, si la terraza del restaurante tuviese un toldo que aplaque el sol intenso de la mañana !

This is the best hotel in Gualeguaychu and the prices are very inexpensive. It is located on the river in the center of the water front area. It is modern with an excellent staff who will try to accommodate any of your requests. They obtained excellent front row, center seats for the Carnival for us at local prices, arranged a tour, transportation, and helped us exchange money. They have free computer/internet use for their guests. The included breakfast and service is very good and the hotel has a fine dining restaurant. We stopped in this hotel in our road trip from Buenos Aires to Montevideo. This is (by far) the best hotel in Gualeguaychu. Everything is "just ok". The rooms are small, bath needed some painting, towels are old and used too many times. We paid 600 argentine pesos (about U$S 75.-) what is just right for this 2 and a half or 3 star hotel. Nice from outside and great location, needs maintenance and cleaning.||Looks like there was no update since it was built. The restaurant has a nice view. Breakfast is bad, coffee and cheap food.
