We were disappointed with this stay for three reasons. ||As a result of the hostel having no card machine we had to pay the 21% tax in addition to the price of the room. We ended up paying around £34 for a double room which has been our most expensive room yet as backpackers. ||Secondly we asked for the cheapest way to get to the airport and were told it was a taxi booked by the hostel for 350 pesos. We later realised the hostel pocketed 100 pesos and that we could have got a taxi from the street for less. We asked several times and were told there was absolutely no cheaper way but on getting to the airport we saw there clearly was. ||Thirdly having paid a lot for the room we expected a good breakfast. Instead we were handed a pre prepared plate of food which was quite possibly the worst breakfast. It consisted of a couple of pieces of rock hard bread one small pastry item and a tiny square of cake. It was strictly one item each per person, no variation.||Really disappointed with what we received at this hostel for how much we paid. We have stayed at many hostels for half the price all over South America for much...

The garden full of trees and plants with the swimming pool, the kitchen and the common area were a perfect scenario to interact with the other guest from all around the world. I made very good friends there! Even if guests stay up late at night chatting around the swimming pool, you don't hear any noise in the rooms. As per January, I was surprised not finding many mosquitoes. During the night, ac and fans were activated. Every bed has its own locker. Staff is quite, but very easy-going and always available in giving you tips. The bus terminal is around the corner and main roads with shops are 3 blocks away,...
