The owner of the hotel is always there and ready to help with any issue that may arise. He also helped us to get the cheapest price for offlroad drive to the hot spring in Jermuk reserve. The rooms were clean and spacious, even the cheapest one! The breakfasts were good, not very diverse, but always fresh and nourishing.||The location is also very good, since the Hotel is right in the center of Jermuk.
