Moselle Armenia — Hotel in Jermuk

I had a wonderful stay at Moselle Armenia Wellness & Medical SPA Jermuk. The hotel is completely renovated and everything feels new, modern, and very clean. The design is elegant yet cozy, with lots of natural light and stylish details.

The staff were very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. From the reception to the restaurant, everyone made me feel welcome.

The amenities are excellent – the indoor pool is spotless and relaxing, and there are plenty of leisure options like a games room, billiards, and even a library. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the dining area was always well organized.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jermuk, just a short walk to the water gallery, park, and other attractions. Private parking and even EV charging are available, which is very convenient.

Overall, this hotel truly feels like a 5-star experience in Armenia. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jermuk, whether for relaxation, spa treatments, or simply enjoying the beauty...

This is great location and great renovated hotel . Everything well designed. But if you paying this such off expensive price to come here just for designe not for medical treatments so don't waste your money it's not deserved it. You will not be able to get any treatment because on weekends they open till 1 pm on each floor only 1 worker and 20-40 people waiting for treatments .Workers so rude and overtired. Basically your waiting for hours and forcing them to have one single treatment. Also food options so limited if breakfast from 9-11 you will go there at 10 so most of the food finished and no more option. Please organize your business well if this is the best resort in Armenia I can't imagine what is the worse one. So...

I had a wonderful stay at Muselle Hotel in Jermuk. The receptionists were extremely welcoming and made me feel at home right from the start. The staff at the medical treatment center were very friendly, attentive, and professional, which made the whole experience both comfortable and relaxing. The food at the hotel was also very good, offering a nice variety and quality. Overall, it’s a warm and pleasant place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jermuk.
