Quiero empezar con que las otras opiniones positivas que hay en tripadvisor de este Hotel me parece que son de dudosa procedencia y autor. Por los nombres de usuarios que llevan el.nombre del mismo Hotel se ve que han sido ellos mismos haciendo una autocritica positiva. Comienzo con mi opinión del Hotel. La apariencia del Hotel externa NO TIENE NADA QUE VER CON LAS FOTOS. Esas fotos son de hace al menos 20 años. Todo está viejo, sin pintar, mal cuidado, la vegetación seca, el estanque y la terraza que ponen en la foto totalmente abandonados y sucios con basura. La recepción tiene un olor a humanidad ya que duermen alli en el mismo sofá destartalado cada noche con unas mantas. Tienen el mostrador lleno de papeles y tazas y tupper de comida. En el suelo muchas bolsas de plástico con ropa que dan una primera impresión que dan ganas de irse. Hablán bastante bien inglés. Las habitaciones no tenian aun puesta calefacción y la bomba de calor/aire estaba rota en las habitaciones que habian disponibles. Me ofrecieron mantas extra. Las habitaciones son amplias casi como un estudio pequeño con su pequeño office con una nevera y todo. Eso me gustó. Para mi lo más negativo fue el servicio.. La ducha era minuscula y el agua se salia por todos los lados. En medio de los baño hay unos sumiderosncon aspecto oscuro y sucio en el que se va estancando ese agua y cuando acabas de duchartebda realmente ASCO. El jabón que te proporcionan son unas muestras en un blister de plástico de champú de mujer que regalan con las revistas (lo ponia literalmente). Los espejos estaban picados y se podia ver puntitos negros por toda su superficie. El water no funcionaba bien y me cambiaron de habitaciòn..pero al ver el otro baño estaba igual o peor.. Por vergüenza y educación me quedé alli pero la cisterna hacia un ruido continuo todas las noches. la TV como en casi todos estos paises es de las antiguas viejas que tardan minutos en encenderse y se ven muy mal. El negocio tiene pinta de familiar y no una uniformidad en vestuario ni un protocolo definido, salvo un camarero muy majo de unos 50 años, sino que están por alli haciendo todos un poco de todo. No son muy discretos ya que la propia gerente me preguntó porque no me habian visto en dos dias. Pasé un fin de semana enfermo del estómago y no sali por eso. No tienen por qué meterse en mi libertad de acción. Son muy desconfiados con los pagos. Prefieren que pagues antes y si lo haces después, al pasar dos dias ya notas que están muy vigilantes de que no haya posibles "fugas". Una vez pagas son superamables. Señor/a gerente: invertid tiempo y dinero en las instalaciones porque los clientes pagamos por algo que ofreceis en los medios y luego no es asi. Sólo recomiendo el Hotel para senderistas o mochileros que paren una noche o dos. Para...
