Review for Sphera Hotel ||||Our stay at Sphera Hotel was an unforgettable experience filled with warmth, care, and outstanding hospitality. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and valued. A special thank you to Ms. Diana and two other colleagues whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch—a lady working the morning shift and a gentleman working the night shift. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay exceptional. ||||Ms. Diana, with her joyful smile and cheerful conversations, made us feel genuinely happy and as though we had known her for a long time. This created an immediate sense of comfort and welcome, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. ||||The lady working the morning shift showed remarkable kindness and care. When we needed assistance planning a trip, she didn’t hesitate to help. Since we don’t speak Russian, she called the destination on our behalf, gathered all the details, wrote everything down, and explained it all with enthusiasm and love. Her willingness to assist made our planning so much easier and stress-free. ||||On our last night, the gentleman working the night shift demonstrated exceptional hospitality. He stepped outside to ensure we safely boarded our cab, standing at the hotel door with a warm smile and wishing us a safe flight. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect way to end our stay. ||||When we first arrived at our room, we were greeted with a heartwarming surprise—a handwritten note congratulating us on our honeymoon, along with a beautifully arranged fruit plate. This thoughtful gesture made us feel so special and welcomed. ||||During one of the days, I wasn’t feeling well, and the hotel restaurant staff were incredibly attentive. They promptly brought me what I needed and even sent another plate of fruit with kind wishes for a speedy recovery. Their care and compassion truly stood out. ||||The room service staff were equally impressive, always attentive and quick to respond with a smile whenever we needed anything. Their dedication and positivity added so much to our experience. ||||Finally, a big thank you to the management for assembling such an outstanding team. Everyone at Sphera Hotel works with genuine enthusiasm and care, creating an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. ||||We loved every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to returning on our next trip. Read moreI've stayed here for around a week and here's what I liked and what I disliked:
I liked that the atmosphere is very cozy and the staff are polite, the rooms are very neat and clean. Breakfast is nice but you'll get bored of the same food if you've stayed for over 3 days.
I disliked that the refrigerator in my room doesn't cool anything inside, infact it heats up overtime. There isn't even a door lock and the soap has poor quality you'll need five minutes to at least see foam. If you've stayed in the reception for at least an hour, it's common to see customers complain about issues. Sometimes the staff forget to send us water bottles everyday, staff take so long for example if you order a pillow, it'd take over 20 minutes for them to get one. And in my room there's only one air conditioner that's only near the bathroom, cool air wouldn't reach the bed at all! I received the keyboard to my room and it was bent, they'd use that against you if you're a tourist and about to check out, they'll even try to accuse you of "breaking" the card! Not to mention that there's always broken things...
Read moreOur stay at Sphera by Stella was an absolute nightmare. We booked through Booking.com for a family of five (two adults and three kids), expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, the reception informed us that they couldn’t provide two rooms on the same floor—meaning we would have to split our family, which made no sense. When we requested to be accommodated together, they demanded an extra 4,000 just to keep us on the same floor! To make matters worse, they insisted I sign an invoice that didn’t include the extra amount I had paid.
The problems didn’t stop there. We experienced a severe water shortage, and despite trying to call reception all night, no one answered. On top of that, the air conditioning wasn’t working, making the rooms unbearably hot. The worst part was the rude attitude of the receptionist, Vahe, who was unprofessional and unhelpful.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Poor service, unethical practices, and complete disregard for guests’ comfort. Avoid this place...
