Appalling, disgusting and shameful representatives of the Belle branding! I offered this office three of my properties for holiday letting. Experienced a frustratingly incompetent process, continually chasing, repeating requests, correcting errors, being told, "Get in line and wait your turn".
A photography service was offered by their office and utilised for ad purposes. Transparent with holiday agent/photographer about possiblity of photos utilised for sale purposes. No concerns conveyed. Invoices received for the photographs although missing/ photographs requiring correction, therefore pending payment.
I decided to bring one of the managed homes to market. I had a previous conversation with an unexcited sales agent from this office. I yet got in touch again for an appraisal. Messages never followed up, nor availability of other sale agents. Contacted office on three seperate occasions- phones never answered!
Expectedly, moved on listing with another sales agency. Advised Belle holiday letting manager. I recieved a call from Belle sales, advising of their disappointment and excuses.
On the day of publishing the sales advertisement, I received outstanding photographs 15 mins prior to receiving a phone call from Belle Property Jervis Bay principal. Met with an extremely hostile demeanour and accusations suggesting, I committed photography copyright breaches, demanding photographs of my sales campaign be removed and threats of legal action. Furthermore, advised that they owned them as they had paid for them and wouldn't permit my intended use. An attempt made to have a civil conversation, to discuss the matter and note outstanding photographs had just been recieved. I advised about the opportunities I provided their office to appraise my property for sale. I confirmed her predominant issue was the outstanding payment of the photos, although she further advised wouldn't allow the photos to be used regardless even if I paid. Attempted to discuss her contradiction. She refused to listen, yelling upon my attempt to speak, discarding the phone and heard offensive comments. Her hostility increased when told to revise her demeanour towards me. I reiterated it was clear that although she stated she had a problem about the outstanding balance and copyright/ownership status, her over-reaction, abusive demeanour, disgruntlement and bitterness was due to the underlying problem that I hadn't appointed their office to carry out the sale. That was hard sour grape to swallow.
I am under no obligation to list my property with your office. Your unprofessionalism has reinstated how glad I am to have taken business elsewhere. If you disagree, have an adult, civil and respectful discussion with best interest to the name you represent. Yes, I wasn't going to tolerate such abuse and in turn had a few colourful comments to say in the heat of the moment.
As a petulant child would, the principal retaliated terminating the Management Agreement on their own accord, waiving the 30 day termination agreement with no grounds, dismissing their binded 30 day termination notice. In order to appoint a new holiday agent, I forwarded my termination notice, stipulating my grounds and notice of new managing agent.
My existing bookings were cancelled but one who persisted. Belles notice to those innocent guests, failed to advise of the new managing agent, preventing them to continue with their approaching bookings.
You are a DISGRACE and should be ASHAMED with yourself. Your relentless emails, indicates your vindictive and bullying character.
Overall, listening and seeking resolution as I repeatedly asked, is the professional approach. A disagreement doesn't mean a personal attack upon you, entitling you to behave condescendingly and immature when you don't get your way. To conduct your business in this fashion is an embarrassment. You have impeded on your staff, booked guests and reputation....

We rented a property for 2 nights from this agency via Airbnb. They are the most incompedent, disrespectful and irresponsible real estate we ever worked with. Let me explain:
1- [cleanness] The property has not been cleaned properly at all. The fridge had a terrible smell like spoiled fish or something.None of the bathrooms had any soap in them. We also had a very late check in and waited for one hour outside the property for cleaners to finish in a hurry! Of course they will do a poor job. This agency charged us for the cleaning fee that was not done properly.
2- [Ruined holidays] During the night that we have spent there, a plumber came in and destroyed a wall, made a big mess and ruined our holidays. We constantly had to mop the floor during our holiday time. If we didn’t mop the place the wet floor became a safety hazard that could ended up catastrophically. The owner provided the property in a terrible situation that we ended up escaping from the property. Airbnb provided vouchers and refunds but the agency was just sending contract clauses via chat.
3- [Damage to our stuff] We had one of our guest stuff soaking wet because of the leakage in the wardrobe, this agency is reponsile for the damage but they simply did nothing and ignored our requests.
4- [Late access] we got access to the property at 4:00pm instead of 3:00pm. Considering that we only had the property for 19 hours, this is 5% of the fee. This agency selfishly ignored this fact.
EDIT: They claimed that this is a fake review because they haven't worked directly with me. Yes, they didn't work directly with me, but I was very unfortunate to be hosted in one of the properties that they are...
Read moreDO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Thankfully I have not had to deal with these people directly, but have directly heard them dealing with others. I heard a phone conversation with a customer and was disgusted with the treatment of the customer, by Belle, when the customer was trying to address an issue with their service. The customer was rudely talked over and not allowed to speak. When the client finally got a word in, the Belle representative again talked over them, insulting them on a highly personal level - very unprofessional, unnecessary, and can only be described as bullying and intimidation. I will not name the client because they have taken their property elsewhere and have put the abuse by Belle behind them and do not need or want any more intimidation from Belle. However, I do not want anyone else selling a property to be put through the garbage that Belle Vincentia dishes up to clients. They are only interested in taking as much money as they can from sellers as other reviewers have described and as I have witnessed. I'm sure their response, if any, will prove my point. Take your property and hard earned money anywhere but...
