Well let's start with quality of ingredients, meat is succulent and tender+, vegetables are crisp but not raw, with fresh and vibrant colours with a quality snap when bitten, it's the perfect balance of cooked and raw as to absorb the best nutrients from veggies but not too soggy.

Now this is where the good points end: I'm afraid - I'm all in favour of not adding MSG but if that's the case and is a 'selling point' then you need to enhance those flavours via alternative methods like actually adding better quality or higher quantities of mouth watering flavours.

Majority of westerners endulge in Chinese Stir-fry for the pop of magnificent flavours - as it's health benefits are not the major selling point here.

I ordered a Sechauan Chilli Chicken with an advertised heat index of 3 out of 5 (my mouth argued 1 of 5), the chicken was cooked perfectly, vegatables too, sauce was wet, thick and plentiful but so so bland in flavour and just boring, basic oyster sauce blandness - not even a single Sechauan chilli to be seen or a fresh sliced bird's-eye to invoke mouth water fear, nothing fresh or dried,. just a few red flecks and some dried seeds from a spice jar, bit sad.

In addition my partner ordered a beef with honey and black pepper. We could sense the honey only just, but the pepper appeared to be absent entirely both visually and in taste..My partner has great sense, both visual and sensual if the dish had any pepper she would have sneezed,.I can assure you of that.

My summary of this restaurant is that they have a nice front of house, nice waitresses, they can stir-fry meat and veggies very well but severy lack the taste test - no colourful flavour popping here to be experienced, Bring your own MSG or ask for extra of your desired flavour.

Price was reasonable, special fried rice was a little better with Pineapple as an interesting addition, slightly better than Sanctuary Point but the multi coloured rice indicated the sauce was used sparing as to not coat all rice white/brown specc'ed not coated entirely.

In Summary and I hate to say it but if I need to add 'Salt' to my Chinese dish to make it pop than the flavours are severely underdone and in need of...

Firstly I would like to say that the restaurants exterior look is absolutely amazing and it has an exquisite design, then proceeding into the interior was beautiful, i love the aspects that really make the restaurant a chinese restaurant especially the painting at the back of the room.

The person to greet me was so nice and provided amazing service and was a houmous person, the little chubby chinese boy was exceptionally nice with his cute chubby cheeks and grand smile, just lit up the whole experience even more.

After the food was ordered the food came out with reasonable timing even during their busy time that we picked. Food looked amazing, everything was cooked to perfection and seemingly made with love and affection from the chefs. The taste of the food was just sensational melting in the mouth with every bite, everything was seasoned to perfection and just the whole experience was heavenly.

When everything was finished up we sat around talking to each other, while everyone else was working with no annoyance of us staying at all. The whole experience was astounding and I would go there everyday if I could, I would recommend for all nights out where the occasion is chill.

Lastly, I didn't rate the restaurant a 5/5 because of the mexican looking chillies in the corner of room which offset the...

Vincentia Chinese Restaurant: A Gem of Authenticity and Hospitality

Nestled in the heart of our community, Vincentia Chinese Restaurant stands as a testament to the enduring charm of family-run establishments. For over a decade, my wife and I have been patrons of this culinary haven.

The exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of Vincentia's appeal. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff transform dining into an experience akin to a gathering of friends. It's this personal touch that resonates with us, making every visit memorable.

The food, a delectable array of authentic Australian-Chinese cuisine, is crafted with a finesse that only years of tradition can perfect. Each dish, from the succulent sweet and sour pork to the robust flavors of the chicken szechuan , is a testament to the restaurant's commitment to culinary excellence.

In a world that's constantly rushing, Vincentia Chinese Restaurant is a sanctuary where time slows down, allowing us to savor the moments that truly matter. It's no wonder that we, along with countless others, find ourselves returning, time and again, to this bastion of gastronomic delight.

Rating: 5/5 – A must-visit for anyone seeking a genuine taste of Australian-Chinese cuisine served with a...

Ordered a Chicken pad Thai got home and had Singapore Noodles meal was replaced and got back home only to recieve who knows what but wasn't pad Thai!!! Definitely won't be going back. 16/09/2023 Husband and I went for date night against my experience on a previous occasion I agreed to go back since we couldn’t go to the new Italian place. We ordered prawn and bacon rolls was like eating cardboard and the served it up with tomato sauce instead of sweet and sour. I told the waitress who told us it was sweet and sour. If most definitely not! We ordered combination chowmein 1 prawn in the dish wasn’t asked if we wanted crispy or soft noodle. Although it wasn’t a complete disappointment however we most certainly won’t be going back.

Despite seeing many negative reviews, we decided to give this Chinese restaurant in Jervis Bay a try, and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious, served hot and fresh. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Sometimes, it’s worth giving a place a chance—this was one of those times! Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area.

Ordered Chicken and ham roll at $18 and a special fried rice. Chicken and ham rolls were the worst I’ve ever eaten. Fatty processed mince type substance. Special fried rice was tasteless. Consisted of chicken, frozen prawns small ham pieces and pineapple(????). Had NO taste at al, and prawns were watery and the mist horrible consistency in your mouth. The whole lot inedible.
