Bentleys House — Hotel in Gemeinde Lech

Bentley House was more than our expectations from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted so warmly by Verena, the Manager, who was so pleased to at long last meet us, as we have travelled all the way from Australia. She went out of her way to make us welcomed, settling us into our beautiful 5 star, 2 bedroom apartment with a late supper waiting for us in our in dining area of her homemade Weiner Schnitzel, fries and salad with a crisp bottle of white wine. ||||The service throughout our stay from Verena and her staff who looked after us in our apartment was first class. ||||Every morning breakfast would be quietly set up in our kitchen/dining area whilst we were still sleeping in and we would awaken to a variety of fruits, cereals, breads, hams, cheeses, eggs to cook to our liking, with bacon, the coffee machine turned on and the kettle boiled for tea, and then everything cleared away and the apartment serviced and cleaned thoroughly every day. ||||Verena served dinner in our chalet 3 nights during our stay, so the dining area is set up with beautiful candles, white linen and she personally serves you your evening meal. It was lovely to stay in and experience her homemade cooking of delicious roast pork, beef and cheese fondues and veal. ||||The apartments have a fully set up kitchen with a fridge filled with wines and soft drinks that you pay for on request. ||||The apartment is very modern with elegant furnishings throughout with soft linen and bedding and warm towel rails and flooring in the bathrooms. The toiletries in the bathrooms are of the highest standard with fluffy white robes. ||||Our ski lift tickets were booked by Bentley House, our transfers to the airport taken care of, dinner reservations made outside the Chalet and recommendations of were to see and visit were also looked after.||||The skiing was fantastic with plenty of spring snow, we only skied in Zurs but have already booked again for next year to come back and stay again in 2019!!||||Thank you for a wonderful stay to Verena and here...

I usually stay at five or six different hotels every year during my travels. But I only write a review when the hotel is an outstanding one. Bentley's House joins my "A Class Above" hotels(the others being Riad Kniza in Marrakech, The Alpina in Gstaad and The Prince de Galles in Paris).||This is a boutique hotel which can accommodate upto 18 to 20 guests. We were a party of 5 adults and my grandson who is just over 3 years old. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived until we departed. The accommodation,food and service is one of a kind. The service here is unmatched by any hotel I've stayed in. Perfect in every way, whether it is from welcoming and friendly staff to the attention paid to us.||Our butler,Cindy- what an amazing person. She was there everyday to serve us breakfast,lunch and dinner in a private dining room.She made sure we had a perfect holiday. Nothing was too much for her. She helped my grandson build a snowman. And when one day he mentioned he liked passionfruit icecream, well it was there the next day!||And Benjamin,the owner. I would call him a great "host". As we have some dietary restrictions, he went out of his way to cater for our special food( even getting some items from 50km away!) The House|The Bentley in Zürs is an excellent place to go for a ski holiday in Zürs. It has 5 chalet-style apartements, with varying squaremeters.|We stayed in the Valluga, spread out on 1 floor and with two bedrooms. The building is conveninetly located in Zürs (any place in Zürs is actually conveniently located, as it is a very cozy small village with geat skiing opportunities). The kitchen is state-of-the art and very well kept. the rooms are comfortable and cozy. We had a great stay and did not want to leave the apt in the evenings.||The Service: |Housekeeping was perfect and the team was very friendly and helpful. We extend our thanks to Verena who manages the place and is always helpful, acting as congierge, cook and service aid. I applause her energy and positivity.|Food: |Technically, there is no food served. But Verena can cater in case you want to eat in-house, in the apt. Every morning breakfast was prepared and with a lot of variety. As there is a fridge and all necessary equipment, one can cook for oneself. As there are plenty of restaurants in Zürs and Lech (and most of them top-notch) there is no need to raise your hair for preparing food.|Amenities:|There is a wonderful, small pool, a sauna, a steam bath.
