We went skiing in May with a family of 5. Kaprrun is one of the gletsjer locations you can ski when other resorts are closed. |The appartments are newly build, 4 levels which can be reached by elevator. Pets are welcome which was important for us.||The management of the lodges are very friendly and helpful (you can reach them by mail and mobile for anything you need).||We had one of the penthouse lodges. The size is impressive. A large living area combined with well equipped kitchen and dinner area. One master bedroom with large bathroom, two more bedrooms with another bedroom. ||The other appartments are smaller, but some of them have a large balcony which might be preferred during a summer stay.||The appartment was spotless clean and everything was in new condition. I only had a problem with the internet connection, but this was quickly resolved by Hausmeister Reini!||On the groundfloor you have the heated skiroom for shoes and ski equipment. All appartments have private parking spaces, but anyway the are is quiet.||To reach the lifts to the gletsjer, you need a 5km drive. A bus stop is not that close, so better to drive yourself.||All in all a perfect stay and I can very much recommend the All Seasons Lodge (as they are also called).||Recommendations to the owners / managers that could make it even better:|I would have preferred two sets of keys instead of one. It is possible to leave the key in a key locker, but this is not as convenient.|Furthermore, I would have expected satellite TV with foreign channels. There are only German spoken...
Read moreThis apartment (we stayed in top 11) suited our family group perfectly. The bedrooms are spacious and have room for cots, and the open plan living / dining / kitchen space was generous. ||The kitchen was full with utensils and crockery, and having a dishwasher and washing machine and tumble dryer were big bonuses. The apartment had more than enough towels for all of us so we were not left needing anything.||I did not use the sauna area however I did poke my head round the door and it looked well maintained. ||When we were there, the heating and hot water system for the apartment block went down, however an engineer was called and he arrived quickly to fix the issue.||The only problem we had was the lift had been broken (buttons smashed on floor 0) and after calling the office on the first day to report the problem, it was not fixed for the rest of the stay, even after calling 2 more times to ask when the lift would be fixed, each time being told someone was coming out that day to fix it. With 2 small children to carry up and down 2 flights of stairs each day, along with all of our luggage at the end of our stay, it was a big inconvenience and a shame this was not rectified...
