Room 55, Vienna — Hotel in Vienna

I had the best stay at Room 55. The location is excellent (U4 line and buses), great cafes, restaurants, thrift stores, and removed from tourist traps. The room was very clean and comfortable. The curtains keep the room dark and with the A/C on I slept like a baby.

Small touches such as an iron and iron board, hair dryer, hangers, and a shared kitchen transformed my comfort level. I was also able to store my luggage after the checkout time. Special thank you to Anita for keeping the place clean, and to the manager for excellent communication answering...

We had a very nice stay. Everything was great. There is no breakfast but coffee and tea is available and you can make your own breakfast in the kitchen. The rooms are very clean and modern. Theres no reception but everything is easy to access. The lady that managed the place is very friendly and helpful. We got there an hour before our check in and she let us into our room. In erster Linie ist die ideale Lage hervorzuheben. Die Innenstadt ist innerhalb eines halbstündigen Spaziergangs erreicht, die U- Bahn Station Pilgramgasse 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein. Der Clou: Sowohl der Haupteingang als auch die Zimmer öffnet man mittels PIN Code. Daher gibt es auch keine Rezeption (was wir in keiner Sekunde vermisst haben). Saubere und modern eingerichtete Zimmer, Boxspringbett, Flachbildfernseher. Das schöne Bad ist mit mit ebenerdiger großer Dusche, flauschigen Handtüchern, Haartrockner, Duschgel und Seife ausgestattet. Da die Zimmer ebenerdig liegen und in unserem Fall direkt zur Straße hin lagen, können die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Daher sorgt die Klima- bzw. Heizungsanlage für frische Luft. Die riesigen Bogenfenster lassen viel Licht aber -dank guter Isolierung - keinen Straßenlärm hinein. Ein kleiner Frühstücksraum ist mit Kaffeeautomat, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und hübschem Geschirr ausgestattet. Eine Schale mit Süßigkeiten erfreut nicht nur die Kleinen.
