I recently stayed at Juffair Boulevard Hotel and Suites for two nights during a personal trip to Bahrain, and I must say it was a very disappointing experience.
Before booking, I checked their amenities, including free Wi-Fi, and assumed the stay would be comfortable. However, upon arrival, I was extremely dissatisfied. I booked a room for two people, but the room amenities were only provided for one person. There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, soaps, body wash, or slippers for the second person. The washroom also had only one set of essentials.
The room service was equally disappointing. I ordered biryani and pizza, but the service was unprofessional. The food arrived in a plastic trolley with minimal attention to presentation. Additional cutlery, napkins, or plates were not provided. The pizza was poorly made, overloaded with cheese, and the biryani was served in a cramped plate alongside paratha and pickle. Honestly, it felt cheaper than ordering from a local dhaba. After this experience, we avoided ordering food from the hotel again, only ordering drinks since outside delivery was difficult.
Water availability was another major issue. Only two small bottles were provided initially, which finished quickly. When we requested more, the staff limited us to two bottles at a time, and sometimes calls went unanswered multiple times. It was frustrating and felt very poorly managed.
Additionally, the front desk staff, particularly one female employee, displayed extremely rude and disrespectful behavior. She treated guests impolitely, called us using hand gestures, and showed no warmth or professionalism. It was embarrassing and shocking, especially in a hospitality setting.
Even though I was told late checkout would be charged half-day, eventually they waived it. However, the overall attitude and service throughout our stay left a very bad impression.
I have stayed in many hotels before, but this was by far one of the worst experiences. I will not be booking this hotel again, and I strongly advise others to consider other options when...
Read moreI have been hoteling alot in many countries but this was my worst experience so far.
The day they showed us the building, they told us that they have Gym, swimming pool, Amor, Spa, Base Club and BBQ spot and all these amenities are inclusive of the deal.
Once i made the one month deal, i got to know that the gym, amor and spa are not operational, swimming has freezing cold water even in winters, club is not free even for the tenants as the club is being managed by third party (a pathetic excuse) and bbq spot can only be used after paying additional charges. A very unprofessional behavior on part of hotel management as all these hidden charges should have been disclosed in advance.
My apartments alarm rings at 4am in the morning and when i ask the hotel management they tell me that this is a safety drill. As if the management does not have any other appropriate time to do such kinda drills.
I would never suggest anyone to waste their precious money on this pathetic place.
Hope my feedback...
Read moreThe Juffair Boulevard Hotel is one of the best places I have stayed. It is located in the heart of Juffair. Its location is very excellent, in the middle of hotels, commercial markets, and cafes, within a very easy distance that can be walked to and does not require a car. The hotel services are wonderful, from your arrival and the warmth of the reception from the private parking and reception staff to room service and cleaning services. The hotel is excellent and suitable for young people and families, but it is somewhat noisy for families, but they can request to stay in the hotel apartment tower and not the hotel, which will be more comfortable and quiet. Thank you to all the team, without exception, because they made my stay comfortable and made me feel like I was in my second home As they...
