Your hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in since I traveled around the world. It is also the worst experience I have ever had. I originally planned a 3-day trip, but because of your hotel, I hate this country. The service attitude is very poor and the handling of things is very bad. , very procrastinating, no attitude, I will write to Facebook and IG to expose you.

I checked in on the afternoon of the 28th. Your staff asked me to apply for early departure on the platform. I followed your request, but your customer service platform turned a blind eye. I had already applied for early departure on the 29th. Why didn't you give me a response? It was not processed until the 29th of the next day, and then I was told that the money was given to the Binke platform. Your front desk staff did not admit what they said, and shifted the responsibility to the customers. For a hotel service attitude like yours , I can only say that I will not tolerate your staff. I seriously suspect that you are racist and bully us Chinese people who are not good at English. I have left Bahrain. I changed my original 3-day plan in advance. I hate this city because of your hotel.

When I checked in, I was given a double bed. There was no electricity in the room and no toiletries. They later moved us to a room with a double bed. The second room did not have air conditioning. We were moved to another room under the guidance of customer service. . In the third room, a room for the disabled was arranged for us. I would like to ask, as a person with able-bodied limbs, why was such a room arranged for me? Don’t you know what the configurations of your hotel rooms are? Asinine customer service. I asked for a shaving kit, the man said dental kit, I corrected him, and he still sent me a dental kit. When I finally got my shaving kit, the razor was absolutely horrible and didn't shave well. Not to mention that the shaving cream wasn't enough to cover even half my face. Every hair needed atleast 6 strokes to finally get shaved.

The rooms are at a minimal age of 25 years. The furniture is creaky and old, but it's clean. The carpets, not so much. Full of charcoal burns and black particles filling the place. The beds are at least a bit clean, but it doesn't make up for the rest of the problems. The gym is small and disgusting, looks unused and untouched for years, while checking the pool, there was a huge beetle in it, and a few other insects. Although the furniture is being cleaned, it has big and old stains, and chips and cuts here and there. The lady at the reception was effective and good, and also kind. Either way, I highly recommend another hotel. Diva or Royal Phoenicia, as well as Grand Saffir. In all my numerous visits to Bahrain, this is arguably the worst hotel...

Disappointing Stay at Monroe Hotel Bahrain – Not Recommended

As a local guide, I regret to say that I cannot recommend Monroe Hotel Bahrain for any kind of stay. While the location is a positive aspect, other crucial facilities fell short of expectations, warranting a mere two-star rating.

The rooms, unfortunately, did not meet the standard one would expect. The quality of the beds left much to be desired, lacking the comfort and cleanliness essential for a pleasant stay. Maintenance issues were apparent, and the overall condition of the rooms did not reflect a well-kept establishment.

The pool, which can be a highlight for many guests, did not live up to expectations. Whether it was cleanliness concerns or a lack of proper amenities, the overall pool experience was disappointing.
