This hotel is enough to ruin your cox's bazar trip. Reasons: I stayed there for few days with family. The AC of our room didn't functioned properly. It didn't swing and because of the direct cold air of the AC, my kid became sick. He had fever, and cold. The other room's AC didn't fuctioned at all. We requested several times but they didn't fix it. So, they took the money of AC room but all we could use is just the Fan. The fan was continuously making horrible noise, after complaining they fixed it. The Thai glass of the veranda was broken, then they fixed it after complaining 100 times. There was no toilet tissue in none of the washrooms. No towel was provided. Water heater was not given in one room. The food was horrible. Tasteless and garbage. They didn't provide the foods that were given in the chart before booking. The rooms were not as like as it was shown in the videos or pictures. The services were very very very slow. The sensor of the lift doesn't function properly. I was about to have an accident in the lift. The rooms are not well maintained. Neither nicely decorated nor had any hygiene. Daily amenities were given after knocking thousands of times and they don't even receive the phone call in the reception. Everything we needed to go downstairs and complain in the reception. There was a TV but we didn't have any remote, even after asking they didn't provide any remote. We tried to use with remote app, but it didn't work. So basically it's nothing but a showpiece.
The only good thing about this hotel is, you can have proper sea view and hill view. There is a common veranda from where anyone can enjoy the serenity and can dry their clothes. The rooftop has nice view but the rooftop is nothing but a dustbin....so...

Cleanliness and Maintenance: The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The carpets were stained, and the bathroom seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the facility seemed neglected.
Customer Service: The staff's attitude was far from accommodating. I encountered indifference and a lack of professionalism during my interactions with them. Requests were met with delayed responses and, at times, simply ignored.
Amenities: The promised amenities were either non-functional or subpar. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the television had limited channels. The gym equipment was outdated and in poor condition, making it practically unusable.
Food Quality: The dining experience was equally disappointing. The food quality did not match the prices, and the variety offered was limited. It seemed like the kitchen lacked the expertise to deliver a satisfactory culinary experience.
Noise Levels: The noise levels within the resort were intolerable. Loud music and other disturbances persisted late into the night, making it difficult to get a decent night's sleep.

Read moreIf I have to share one of my bad experiences of my cox's bazaar and that obviously choosing this bad resort. Firstly we arrived cox's bazar at 7 am and went to their resort at 7:20 am. Literally one of their front desk staff told us that 1-2 hours we will check in at their resort. But literally there was no other guest who arrived at that time so we decided to stay outside and after sometime we will enter their resort. Then after an hour over again we searched that our room is ready or not then one of their staff told us that their resort was totally Houseful and we might get our room at 11-12 pm and seriously I don't want to know their check-in times at all because we already told them if one guest checks out any room then they will inform us. Literally at 11 am we entered their resort again and then we saw many guests waiting at front desk area. But after a few moments one by one check-in at their desired room and we were shocked why just our room was not ready The other guest who arrived later than us checked-in so easily . Then we were totally frustrated about their behavior and literally at 12:15 pm we checked-in at their hotel and then after that we faced so many issues like cleaning issues, service issues I don't know what more. But definitely will never recommend this...
